Das Zimmer, Küche und Bad waren sauber. Angenehme Matratze und gute Bettwäsche. Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt.
Es gibt kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung und Gepäck. Die Garderobe im Zimmer 1 muss dringend ausgetauscht werden, denn von 6 Haken sind vier abgebrochen. Das Zimmer liegt unmittelbar neben Bad/Toilette. Ziemlich hellhörig und stark frequentiert, da von zahlreichen Gästen genutzt.

Die Buchung war kurzfristig möglich. Dank Schlüsselbox und Code, der mir per Email zugeschickt wurde, konnte ich mein Zimmer flexibel beziehen. Mit freundlicher Anleitung per Telefon konnte ich das gut bewältigen. Eine Pantry-Küche mit guter Ausstattung erlaubt die Zubereitung von Heißgetränken und kleinen mitgebrachten Speisen. 2 xDusche/WC uf dem Gang für 5 Zimmer ist voll ausreichend.
Die mit Metall ausgelegten Treppen sind etwas ungewöhnlich...

A lot of noises which made me feel bad, noises are from the traffic on the street, since it is very close to a busy street; noises are also from other guesters, since there are a few bedrooms in this apartment, and there might be 2 guests of each roomn, quality of the door is just so so, therefore…… a lot of noises

Due to the self check-in, a homeless and handicap fella was left in the room across from me by one of his buddies.

It is good value for money. Clean nice and cozy. I will stay here again. It is 15 min walk from the city center and two steps to my work. There is everything one needs in the kitchen, one bathroom and a guest toilet. I travel for work every second week and this feels better than expensive hotels. It feels more like home.

Very noisy room. We could hear the noise from neighbouring rooms (e.g., other guests' snoring), and, worse, the very loud street noise. The room (#5) is located next to the street, so you can hear trucks passing almost next to your bed. The bathroom was pretty much substandard, no soap nor shampoo. Just one bathroom for 5 rooms. Internet was very slow. In short, very bad value for money (we paid EUR 70, but the room shouldn't be offered for more than EUR 30). Better stay in a youth hostel.

Wifi had problems in the night. It was going off and getting slow for long periods.

The room was smelling weird and unfortunately the sound isolation was bad, I could hear everything around quite loudly. The bed was not as comfortable.

I required assistance with check-in at a late hour and was ready to give up, and the host was extremely helpful and communicative and resolved the problem. At check-out, I accidentally caused a confusing miscommunication that must have been very frustrating for the host, which they handled calmly and helpfully. Comfortable, affordable, communicative.
Booking.com did not email me the necessary check-in code, making my arrival difficult, but my host assisted me by phone and resolved the problem even though it was a late hour.

The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is located near Bahnhof, so it was nice that I could reach it by walking. To find the keys from the room and open the main entrance door was easy. Staying in this hotel reminded me of staying in someone's house. Overall the place looks cozy.
In my room, there were two spiders! And the bedsheets were not ironed at all, so I was wondering if they were clean (the smell was nice though). So I was a little bit disappointed with cleanliness of the room. Also, I could not find a registration card for check-in.
