We had booked this property from 2nd of May 2023 as we were going to arrive on 3 rd May early morning around 3:00 am . We arrived and our room was not ready. They told us to wait for 10 mins till they found a room. We had booked Superior Family room as we were 2 adults with 2 children, but were given standard room which was full of cigarettes smell. And on complaining they moved us to another room where the bed sheets were dirty. They said that , this is the only room that they can give for the money that we had booked the room for.There were hair on the bed and on the floor, even on the bathroom floor. Everything was dirty. On our request they gave us bedsheets for our children. The room was super cold. The behavior of the staff was disgusting. The next day the main manager shifted us to the room that was booked by us. But the staff that did the wrong , still did not apologize for their wrong doings. To tell the truth, please don’t book this hotel of you are traveling with your kids . It’s is the worst that we have been to. To add to our experience, I saw that the same thing repeat with other clients. They were waiting for 1 hour to get their room. They got fed up and left.

Superb

Very friendly staff. Located away from all the city traffic. Clean and no fuss room.

A little further away from Nizami street. However you can take an uber from here to city center for as less as 3-4 mannat

Nice place, all facilities were great...apart from breakfast.. We had a pleasant stay altogether!!

Location is very good, breakfast menu should be upgraded, very less options available for breakfast.

Our room was on the ground floor, hence city view was restricted

Comfortable, great stuff, exceed our expectation

The room was big and comfortable, the stuff was nice and helpful. Emil was super nice and helped us with everything we needed, much more that I could ask.

It was OK. After complaint they upgrade our room.

Just to be specific this is for Rusel Park Hotel, not Rusel Hotel. The staff was not friendly and welcoming. Very limited facilities in hotel, fixed menu for breakfast, daily same breakfast, no house keeping or any other facility if u ask for anything after 6pm. Not sure how they are in 4 star category.

Very good

Don't get confused by booking Rusel Hotel. This is closed for the time being. Instead Rusel Park Hotel of the same owner has started operation. This is a new Hotel in same area. Staff is very helpful and friendly especially Emil. Hotel is new and in very good condition.

I loved my stay at Rusel Hotel, if I return to Baku, they will be my first choice.

The staff were amazing, helped me with every question I had and made me feel very welcomed
