RECEPTION / ROOM - Good initiative by staff (Arisa and Malisa) who had offered upgrade due to unforeseen delay securing a room by 3PM. - Comfortable room, bed, pillows - Cold A/C - Drinking water tap - Decent blackout curtains RESTAURANT - Good variety bfast fare - Less processed meats - Fresh vege station - Expanded - additional stalls

ROOM - No bin liners - hygiene issue - Face and hand towels not provided, had to request - Sheer curtain not hooked properly, broken track runners, missing curtain draw rods - Dusty and dirty cupboard floor - hair, debris and dust - Dusty drawers - writing desk, night stand, chest below TV - Top chest drawer is stuck - Pls clean inside the fridge - Pls clean floor around the fridge BATHROOM - Given 2 shampoo bottles, no shower gel - had to request - Low pressure shower due to faulty filter and temperature bar - WHY NO MAINTENANCE TO ENSURE PROPER FUNCTION? Technicians had to be called in - Poor drainage caused flooding - drainage filter NOT INSPECTED AND DEBRIS NOT CLEANED! - Same issue with bathtub drainage - Random drain smells permeate the room at odd hours COMMUNICATION - Poor communication between Reception and Housekeeping - different items requested, different items sent RESTAURANT - Over-eager wait staff clearing plates without asking if diner has finished, esp single diners. Return to the table and your unfinished meal is GONE!! INFURIATING! 😡😡😡😡 GYM - High-pull machine - left weight cable is stuck.

Have to improve a lot for cleanliness. Bath tub area and toilet. Bath mat was not provided, have to request.
