Situated in Seaside, this charming house for $1,343 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. It sits on a large corner lot with close proximity to the beach at WaterColor, the Boat House/Western Lake, and Seaside. You will find yourself at the WaterColor Beach Club or in Seaside within minutes. With a walking/biking path near that brings you right to the heart of Seaside, this unique location is definitely a plus during your stay! You have a warm feeling when you enter the house; this home was beautifully decorated by Don Connelly of Houston. Upon entering, you will be captivated by the soothing decor and find a spacious, open living/dining concept featuring shiplap walls and painted wooden beams. The living room is surrounded by french doors that provide lots of natural light and open to a wrap around deck and oversized bed porch swing. The living area has plenty of space for the whole family to relax after a long day at the beach. There is a large dining table that seats 8 comfortably. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Also, on the first floor is a powder room, and one guest bedroom with two double beds. The private bathroom has a large river rock walk-in shower. There are also french doors for easy outdoor access if you choose & a flat screen TV. Upstairs, you will find three large bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and each with their own flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large custom headboard. The master bath has a double vanity with a tub/shower combo. French doors open to its own private deck with rocking chairs. The two guest bedrooms have queen beds, both with private bathrooms and walk-in glass showers. One bedroom has a cozy sitting area with a sofa and the other has French doors leading out to its own private balcony. The bedrooms are very comfortable and beautiful, and are outfitted with high end bedding. The home has custom hardwood floors throughout. In addition to the main house, there is a very spacious carriage house to be used as a hang out for teens, or those who want additional living. With its own private access, it features an open concept with a king size bed, full kitchen, dining table, and sitting area with a TV console. There is also a full bathroom as well as a stackable washer and dryer. For your convenience, the house has an outdoor shower for rinsing off your sandy feet or your things after a day at the beach. There is also a large bike rack for any bike rentals you may have. *Free Wifi & Netflix Streaming capability *WaterColor Resort Amenity access bands included which provide access to the WC Beach Club, all other resort pools, tennis & pickle ball courts. 2 Parking Passes included as well. Upon renting, important phone numbers will be given for popular restaurant RSVP's, bike rental company, and beach chair rental company. If needed, grocery assistance and catering can also be arranged prior to your stay. Please Note: Golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Co. and will be limited to 45 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals are granted on a first come, first served basis. ADDITIONAL: NO PET/NO SMOKING HOME. Per the signed rental agreement, any violation of the No Pet/No Smoking policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.

The house was exactly as it looked online. The location is a walk/really short bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor beach. We had 2 families of 5, and there was plenty of room. The communication with Shelly about the house was easy, and very responsive. I would stay here again!

Lovely home great location to Watercolor pool access. Didn’t need a golf cart except for grocery load and when it rained. Otherwise walking to all : Seasid me and Watercolor. Shelly is very responsive to needs .

The property is truly amazing. It is so convenient to the beach club, restaurants and shopping. It is beautifully decorated and exactly as pictured. We had just a few small issues I would like the owner to be aware of. We couldn't lock the carriage house when we left each day in order to secure our belongings, and if you arrive on Sunday, you have to go Monday to pick up your wristbands yourself. We were notified of this but not sure where to go to do that. It seems like they could have been picked up on Saturday and left for us. We finally figured it out. These were very small issues, and definitely not deal breakers. We loved the house and would definitely stay there again.

Property was great! Internet and tv service was terrible. The men wanted to watch several football games during the weekend and we just had to cut them off because of the glitchy tv. We also had to unconnected our phones from Wi-Fi because nothing would load. Other than those two issues, the stay was fantastic!

This home was exactly what we were looking for! So well maintained and clean, great layout, close to the beach (easy walk to Seaside and Watercolor), access to Watercolor pools and beach. Could not ask for more and hope to stay here many more times!

Summer vacation 2022
Location was great with easy access to all the pools and beach club. Overall house was comfortable with plenty of space for 10 of us. While the location of the house is nice it is on the busy street with roads three side of the proposers, it can be a little loud at night. The listing notes bikes but we did not get those and the owner ghosted us until the last night there regarding other minor issues. Would also recommend renting a golf cart in advance along with confirming bikes. Tram service was nice but it was down for portions of the stay. We would consider staying here again as overall it was an enjoyable stay.

This is a beautiful home that is conveniently located between the Watercolor beach club and Camp Watercolor. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a lovely sitting area on the back porch. This is a very comfortable home that served our families needs wonderfully. We will be back soon.

This house is not only stunning, but in an amazing location!!! Our large family stayed here this year for our family vacation and could not have been more pleased. The house is so well put together and maintained and had plenty of space for all of us. The guest house added great space as well. The kitchen is a little small for the size of the house, but we still cooked/ate most of our meals in the house. It is a short walk to the beach and a short walk into seaside town center— our family walked into seaside every morning for coffee and pastries. The only downside was the new watercolor beach club was suppose to be open by our stay (Memorial Day 2019) but we didn’t find out it wasn’t completed until we arrived. But we went to the camp watercolor pool, which all the kids loved but it’s not as close to the house. There is a complimentary golf cart shuttle that will pick you up and take you to/from the pool which was nice When the beach club does opens, you really won’t be able to beat this house and it’s size/location. The property manager, DeAnne, was very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and we would love to return!!
