(This pertains to the 6 person apartment) Every room has an air conditoner that worked excellently (3 units total). The bedrooms are large and have comfortable mattresses and clean bedding and bathrooms are very spacious and newly rennovated. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and freezer as well as sufficient cookware. The location is very close to the Vatican and the Metro, very convenient. Additionally Paola was very kind and helpful, always quick with communication and resolved any issues efficiently.
Furniture is a bit weathered from use.

Paola is the absolute definition of incredible hospitality. When we first arrived, our initial room had issues, but Paola immediately resolved everything by moving us to a second unit later that day. This new unit was incredible, topped all the other properties we stayed at in Europe, and had everything we wanted and more. Paola immediately provided us with light summer top sheets, and the bathroom was perfectly equipped with proper towel hooks and racks for our toiletries. The location is excellent, with a very quick walk to the Cipro metro station which is located just to the right of the property. It is also incredibly convenient for supplies, as the nearby Carrefour supermarket has very friendly and helpful staff.
Our first room, room number 9 downstairs, was very uncomfortable. It had a potent chemical smell outside that smelled like acetone. The unit only had one air conditioner inside the master bedroom, leaving the main living space hot with no AC. To make matters worse, the refrigerator did not work, which was a major issue since we had medical prescriptions that required refrigeration. They also only provided heavy blankets instead of summer sheets in a hot room. Thankfully, Paola moved us out of this room quickly, but room number 9 needs serious maintenance, a working fridge, and proper summer bedding.
