They property was fine. Location was fine. Whatever issues we had it was handled in a fast timeframe.
Honestly just the steps were a big issue. And the parking moving our car every 2 hours was crazy.

The place is in a really nice , safe location. The park is right there which is great if you have a dog. The kitchen was decently equipped.
The furniture is quite old. There were no blankets provided for the pull out couch or the futon, when asked for a blanket, they only dropped of a sheet. There was another dirty sheet thrown behind the couch. Dirty towel on the fire escape balcony. Many flights of stairs , fine for us, may be an issue for some

Very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and good size living space. Hosts were very responsive and detailed. Location was in a great neighborhood and very close to Penn's Landing, right near I95 so easy to get to.
In the evening, it was rather noisy hearing the neighbors just walking above the apartment and without any rugs, the apartment had a large echo. The beds could've been softer.
