Located in Osage Beach, this attractive condo for $170 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to Harbor Point Condominium, a condominium made for a relaxing getaway nestled in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks. It is located just off Highway 54 at lake road 54-56, also know as Nichols Road exit. It is minutes away from the Osage Beach Premium Outlets with 110 stores, spectacular golf courses, big Surf Water Park, Lake of the Ozarks State Park, as well as miniature golf and go cart tracks for the kiddos. We are located at the 21 mile marker of the Osage Channel. If relaxation is what you're looking for, enjoy a covered balcony, overlooking the water. There is also a very nice pool and tennis and basketball court on the property. This fully loaded condo has all the amenities of home including a gas grill, dishwasher and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for preparing and indulging in home cooked meals. Living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a King bed with a 40" flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with a 32" flat TV. The Living room has a pull out couch with a comfortable 12" mattress. 49" flat screen TV with a DVD player, and a WII for rainy days. We also have a private washer/dryer in the condo for all of your laundry needs. Condo complex is completely paved and condo comes with one private parking and only 2 steps up to the front door from the parking lot. The complex also offers boat launching and trailer parking for you convenience. We also offer a private boat slip 10x26 and a PWC lift ( for additional fee) Both Mattresses have been replace in April 2021 Although we love four legged family, Please NO Pets. No Smoking Must be 25 or older to rent Please no Bachelorette or Bachelor parties. 3 Night Minimum rental on Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day

Very nice please to stay for a fast weekend trip. The views from the room and deck are nice of the lake. If you have a boat the dock is very nice as well. The condo was easy to find and on a nice paved lake road. There is a boat launch you can use as well. Make sure you know the ends and outs before you go, lake cell service stinks for all carriers. We will stay here again.

The location is good and the view is beautiful. However the living room TV does not work. There is no coffee Pot. When I tried to contact the owner on how to get the living room tv working, no response.

Great location, close to performance boat center where we keep Our boat. Clean Suggested ways to improve: i messages the host about two minor things & got no reply. This would have been a big deal had the issue been more significant. No coffee maker. Hot water heater is very small. One bathroom toilet consistently Wouldn’t flush. The railing on the patio is loose in the corner. Again, the place is great and we’d stay here again but some of these things could be improved/repaired and the lack of communication is a big concern.

The condo we rented was clean and nicely decorated. The view from the deck was beautiful!! It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel, much more like home! If we are ever back to the Ozarks, we will rent again!

Loved the outside furniture. Liked that had washer and dryer in the unit (seemed to need one with boating). Like that it is quieter smaller place with no hot sun shining into the place. Also dedicated parking space.

We stay at about 5 places a year T Lake of The Ozark. This was very simple. It had a nice deck. Water was a little rough in the cove. But it is Lake of the Ozark

We had a great time away and staying in the condo directly on the water was perfect! My husband and children loved waking up and fishing right off the dock. We also enjoyed the swimming pool in the condo association. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! We look forward to another stay in the future and exploring the area more.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo!! It was exactly as represented, and just perfect for two, who wanted to get-away & still be able to work remotely. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the host David was a pleasure to work with, and responsive to our questions. Our favorite part was breakfast and dinner on the balcony. The morning sky when the sun was rising was beautiful, and dinner in the moonlight (great views of the full moon) was wonderful, too. As noted in previous reviews, the new bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. All in all, we had great stay ~ thank you, David! We are already looking at our calendar trying to figure out another time to stay at David’s place to relax, yet still be able to work, too. A win-win for sure!
