Amazing location with incredible breakfast. Also shout out to Sachin for the best coffees we’ve had in Sri Lanka! We had a minor issue with the toilet which they rectified within an hour of making them aware
Slight sewage smell in bathroom but assume that can’t be helped due to close proximity to beach

Great location almost at the beach! Clean spacious rooms, good wifi and breakfast! Kids loved the turtles. Even while Arugam Bay is quite touristy, you hardly notice at the location!

Deluxe rooms were nice although the bathrooms had a very strange vomit type smell in both of them
The location - the noise at night time, From about 11pm to 4am every night, we could hear the loud drum n’ bass dance parties from the beach. It was insanely loud.
