perfect stay in Sevilla for 2 days in this app!

Scam: charged additional 60 euro for late check-in with a person that does not speak any English.

The location is good, right in the middle of the historical city center.

The communication with management agency was very poor, the additional fee for late check-in was a unpleasant surprise. Everything happened in whatsup (to avoid interference by booking.com maybe?) I was contacted by the host and informed about 15 Euro per hour of check-in ("which is 15/h per hour as stated in the terms of the apartment"). I was surprised as I did not notice this aspect when booking. I asked for cancellation in the system and only replied via whatsup (answer: no). I asked if the keys and instructions to check-in could be left for pickup somewhere, answer was negative "someone has to be there to verify that your identity matches the form you sent". I arrived at approx midnight and was communicated to bring 60 euro in cash. Waiting for us there were a lady, not speaking Spanish and 2 other persons (to assist or to make sure we were actually paying the fee?). When meeting the lady, I was not identified, neither asked for any document (so illegal? or maybe bullshitted by Ignacio about the law?), the lady just asked something like "por el piso?" and we were taken to the nearby underground parking. The apartment was at the second floor (no elevator!) with very steep steps. The furniture is pretty bland and cheap. Towels were still humid, clear indication, at best, of an insufficient tumble drying. At least one bed had the base squeaking at any minimum move, so quite disturbing. The following day the card to parking we were given was not functioning and needed to wait the assistance of the parking personnel (was it paid? the parking staff kindly opened the barrier without further checking). We were asked to bring back to the apartment the card and to leave the keys on the table, which we did. In short we paid 236 Euro for a pretty modest and bland accommodation and a awful check-in experience (that lasted 10 min). Stay away from Ignacio and his gang.

Great apartment in central location

The location was very central, so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The car park was not far away, so it was easy to get to and from the apartment. The apartment was spacious, and had everything we needed for a great stay.
