Great location and had everything we needed except hand and shower soap. You might want to pack that. Host was excellent to work with and responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation! The host was quick to respond and very generous. Location of the condo is directly across from the beach, however it is connected to a restaurant so parking was a little tricky in the evening. But, I would still go back and stay there! Thank you for providing your place and allowing my family to enjoy a much needed vacation!

From the very beginning, Jeanne was amazing. She was quick to reapond to my questions and offer her help. The place was perfect for our family. The location was wonderful, directly across the street from beautiful pass a grille beach. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our time in Passé A Grill. We didn’t spend much time at the property so we didn’t mind it being small. The beach Chairs provided were very nice to have and we enjoyed the balcony a lot. The beach is so full of shells here which is fun and annoying at the same time. We weren’t expecting this but we did really enjoy the area.

Great property with everything we needed. Kids loved the beach toys and boogie boards. Also had chairs and beach umbrella. The unit was perfect for a family with small kids. Easy checkin and checkout with no extra demands! Just needed to take out the garbage and put the used towels in the shower. We’d love to visit again!

Glad we found this property! Spent most of the time on the beach or out on the balcony, unit had enough space for 4 adults and 2 children when we were there. Beds, bath, living room, and kitchen as described. Parking was included. Would stay here again if in the area.

This was our first time to this area and we loved it. This is one of the more affordable properties in the area. Several cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely beach just across the street. Walked to the Shell Key Ferry and spent some time on Shell Key. Owner was very informative and responsive.

This place was in a great location! Walking distance to many restaurants and bars! Directly across from the beach! The freebee rides were so convenient and easy to do! The sunsets were amazing from the beach or the common area above the unit! Jeanne was as excellent host! Would definitely recommend this place!

The condo has an excellent location. It is right next to the beach, with beautiful views from the balcony, and next to several great restaurants. The beach supplies/toys were a great perk for our little ones.

The location is perfect! Just steps from the beach and nice restaurants and shops. The Owner is very pleasant and helpful. She let us to check in earlier because of our early flight. The property is very small and outdated, but has everything you need. We would like come back here again.

The property provided the ideal location to the beach with easy and close access to the beach, local shops and activities. The property's private balcony allowed us to enjoy the beach from a distance and in the shade of the hot sun for part of the day with beautiful views at sunset. We used the kitchen and electric grill which were ideal for the group we had. I'd recommend this to others!

This property is an amazing piece of Pass- a-Grille history right across from the beach! Sunsets galore! This condo unit is possibly the best appointed rental we have stayed in - just bring your personal items & enjoy!! Beds are comfortable, bedding is nice, water pressure is great, so clean, & the kitchen is completely ready to use (these things are not the case everywhere) Jeanne is a wonderful host — so responsive & helpful!! Thanks so much - will be back!!

This is the Second time we have stayed in this unit. We loved the updates she has done! We love that it's just steps to the beach and you have a great view from the upper "balcony" area. Communication with her is so easy and she's quick to respond. When there was a slight issue with the water heater a little late one night, she was so quick to respond and the issue was fixed immediately. We just had to go out and flip a switch up. The unit is clean and has the basics you need for your stay. I personally love the decorations as well. We definitely look forward to coming back and staying in this unit soon.
