Situated in North Myrtle Beach, this attractive house for $642 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Soggy Dollar I is one side of a duplex. Need more room??? Double your fun and rent unit 402 Soggy Dollar II (Property ID# 4372199). Each side of the duplex is separate and private. Soggy Dollar II is a clean and spacious 5-bedroom beach property located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and is the perfect beach vacation home for families and large groups. Guests will enjoy the convenience of being 400’ away from beach access. A golf cart is provided to assist with hauling your beach supplies back and forth to the beach. The home features a large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, an elevator and a large game room. The driveway can hold 8 vehicles, depending on size. Parking on the grass or in the street is prohibited. The house is professionally cleaned after every guest departs. The house is nicely decorated and has a well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the laundry room has a full-size washer & dryer. Dish and laundry detergents are provided for your convenience. There is an in-ground private saltwater pool that is heated as needed April through October. The pool can be heated other times of the year for an additional fee. Children and parents alike will love the large recreation room with pool table, foosball, arcade games, refrigerator and large wet bar. There are ocean views from the two porches. With 5 bedrooms, 6-1/2 baths and over 3,840 square feet, there is room for everyone to spread out. There are 3-master en suites bedrooms with a king bed and a twin bed; 1-en suite bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed; and 1-bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed with a bathroom across the hall. The bedrooms are located on each floor and are all accessible by the elevator that stops on each floor. There are 2-queen sofa sleeper located in the family room and in the game room. For comfort, the sofa sleepers are recommended for children only. Enjoy watching Spectrum or your favorite streaming app on one of the seven Samsung Smart TVs located throughout the property. The living area and game room both have a 65” Samsung Smart TV along with a BlueRay player and HDMI adapters. Each bedroom has a 43” Samsung Smart TV. There is a gas and a charcoal grill. We furnish all linens and two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom at no extra charge.
