Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community, and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Welcome to 510 W Ashley, a luxury 4 BD(plus a BONUS ROOM)/3 BA home that accommodates up to 10 guests and is one of our most unique properties on Folly Beach! Enjoy the breathtaking OCEAN VIEWS and easy BEACH ACCESS directly across the street! Located 4.5 blocks from Center Street, you are within strolling distance of all the local shops, restaurants, and beach bars. This entire home was built in a circular design, so all the rooms are unique and spacious, with large windows positioned for amazing views. It features gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the home, custom-tiled bathrooms, and beach/mountain-inspired décor. In addition, you will enjoy two oversized porches, one on the main floor and another upstairs off the Primary Bedroom, as you relax while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This home is perfect for entertaining with a fully equipped, spacious, high-end kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a 5-burner gas range. There is seating for eight around the dining table, plus four additional barstools at the kitchen counter, and the large open living room area has seating for everyone. Outside, you will find abundant parking, a 3-burner Weber GAS GRILL, and a CHARCOAL GRILL. You will also have access to bikes, beach chairs, and cornhole in the secure downstairs storage area. Downtown Folly Beach offers local shops, markets, live entertainment, bars, and restaurants. Explore a variety of water activities, such as fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, beach combing, dolphin watching, and more. Explore the island's east end, where you will find the famous Morris Lighthouse! The area is sure to have something for everyone a beautiful beach, fishing, boating, historical sites, gardens, shopping, golf, kayaking, and paddle boarding; the choices are limitless. We know that this is the perfect home for your family vacation! No exceptions. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. Parking and accessibility: This home can accommodate 4-5 cars on its paved driveway. Public spaces are available along the street. The house is accessible by stairs. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 10 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking. 12 miles to Downtown Charleston. 22 miles to Charleston Airport. To comply with Folly Beach's new strict noise ordinance, we now use noise sensors in our properties. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant, and does NOT listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license. Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable. I absolutley love this property! The size of the rooms and the lay out of the house lent well to our family having plenty of space and privacy when needed. The kitchen is stocked with tons of glassware, great pots and pans and coffee mugs galore. The living room is open and had great extra large couches for hanging out. The walk to the beach is super convenient and it was a bonus to have boogie boards, chairs and bikes at our disposal. I will come back here every year!

We have rented this home many times and as always had such a wonderful vacation here. The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need for a week at the beach. Great location right across from beach - and far enough from the center of Folly to be quiet and provide lots of beach space while also being close enough to walk to the Pier or the County Park end. Highly recommended!!

What a sweet stay! The house has everything one would want/need, including a gas and charcoal grill. Kitchen is huge and super well equipped. The home interior is spacious, gracious, and full of personality. Not a generic, cookie cutter house. Great location: 1 minute to the beach and maybe 10 minutes to downtown. We loved it, and will be back! :)

The house is very conveniently located, just a few steps from the beach. The spacious layout of the home suited our family really well and we enjoyed cooking, eating, and hanging out together. The front porch was nice for relaxing and reading a book.

Rented this property for a family wedding in Charleston. Excellent accommodations, beach access right across the street, 10 minute walk to downtown Folly and 25 minute drive to Charleston. We had family in from Europe and they loved the place.

Overall this is an excellent house. We had 10 people in our party ranging from teenagers to grandparents in their 80’s and there was plenty of room for everyone. One bedroom on the main level and 4 BR on the upper level. Two bathrooms on the upper level with 4 BR takes some scheduling for everyone to use but nothing can be done for that. There are ocean views but for clarification you are looking over another house across the street and the only really good view is from the upper balcony off the master BR. I say this only for clarification for others looking at the house, not as a downgrade on the property. The kitchen and living room are very spacious and comfortable. The TV situation could use some upgrading. I know that watching TV is not the main reason you go to the beach but the weather was not great while we were there so TV watching would have been a nice distraction. It is not clear on the description so I want to let other viewers know there is only one TV in the house and it’s in the living room. Only local channels can be viewed and the reception on those channels was spotty at times. Again, not a complaint but more for informational purposes for others interested in renting. The house is five blocks from the center of Folly Beach’s bar & restaurant scene. One nice addition would have been access to the elevator since we had several senior citizens that had difficulty with the stairs. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house. I would recommend this to any large group. I just wanted to point out the few things that I would think others looking at the house would want to know.

Work Getaway - offsite meetings
Property was as advertised. Easy beach access, plenty of rooms, amenities, etc. Closed out a work trip with time at beach and off-site collaborative meetings. Plenty of space for parking - house was equipped with nice appliances, two bbq grills and plenty of room to enjoy vacation and make yourself at home.

Nice house & Great response from the rental management company
We had some issues about air conditioning thermostats and the rental company was quick to respond. The house was clean and much roomier than the pictures showed on the website. Loved our stay and hope to be back soon!!
