About this condo rental
Accommodation: Large (1185 sq feet) Ideal Family Condominium with private roof top Sun Deck ( used during summer months ), year round covered Balcony and covered front entrance with seating for removing ski boots etc. Our up to date condo creates a warm atmosphere with everything you need for your visit to the mountains. The unit is light, bright and airy having an open living/dining room and kitchen area. There is a slate gas fireplace, carpeting, porcelain floors, granite kitchen/bath counter tops, and western cedar. FEATURES: * Wireless Internet - password provided * A washer and dryer is located in the condo as well as in the garage parking (coin operated commercial units). * Quiet condo due to type of construction and location within the complex. * Spacious master bedroom with king-size log bed, ample closet space, cable TV and full bathroom with double sinks, room darkening shades. *Second bedroom has a queen & twin-size bed, cable HD TV and room darkening shades. SEE ALL PHOTOS Condominium Features (Cont.): * Full kitchen featuring new hickory cabinets with granite counter tops (also in bathrooms and living room bar), appliances, and many other upgrades. * No smoking, No Pets. Pick up a bus schedule while in town. * Free assigned parking in semi-heated garage as well as free parking on outside lot (Only one vehicle allowed). * Free use of heated outdoor swimming and wading pool, outdoor hot tubs (4), change rooms, lockers and showers are conveniently located walking distance from the Columbine building ( 5 Minute walk ). Fantastic space, clean with all the extras we usually have to drag from home. (Spices, paper towels, dish soap etc). Great location minutes from Peak 9 gondola. This is our 8th year boarding as a family and this BY FAR was the best place we have stayed. Breckenridge has lots to do on and off the mountain. We hope to return next year!

We had a great time staying for a few days of skiing in Breckenridge. Communication with the owners was fantastic. As others have indicated, it is an incredibly clean and well cared for unit. The neighborhood was great, hot tubs great at the end of the day and heated parking was a nice treat in the snow. The only downside that we saw is similar to what some others have said, it is a pretty good walk to and especially home from the Quicksilver lift on peak 9. It wouldn't have been as much of a problem for just adults, but walking back with kids and gear after a long day on the slopes is a daunting task, especially if you are not used to the elevation. Overall a great experience!

We loved this beautiful condo. Perfect location. We had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen. The owners were pleasant and responsive. The beds were ver comfortable which we appreciated after a long day of skiing or hiking. Nearest ski lifts were about 10 minutes away. We hope to stay here again on our next Breckenridge adventure.

We're a family of 4 who enjoyed a week away at this property over Thanksgiving! Centrally located, there were many outdoor and indoor activities close by. The property itself was clean and well-furnished--everything was available and taken care of. We'll definitely look to stay here again.

This is our second year renting this property. Everything was just as good the second time. Clean and consistent. The location is excellent and the unit is well stocked. Washer & Dryer, short walk to lift and great hot tub/pool complex were key. The owner was very helpful with communication and information for check-in and check-out as well as amenities.

Clean, roomy, comfortable. Perfect for a family or two couples. Photos and video are accurate. Kitchen is well appointed. Nice having laundry in the house. Coordination was seamless. We liked it. A few practical pointers. First, it's on the third floor, up 28 relatively narrow steps. The privacy is nice, but yes, there are stairs, so you should consider that, if a concern. Second, despite how some prior reviewers (though not the owner) characterized the location, it is definitely not ski-in, ski-out, not even close. It is a 7-10 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super 6, which gives you quick and easy access to the entire mountain. We put our skis in overnight valet immediately adjacent to the lift, for $15 per night per set. There are also overnight lockers available. All super convenient, but at a cost. Third, the walk to the south end of town (an icy trail via the shortest route) is about 10 minutes. It's another 10 minutes to the center of town, so some walks to restaurants we chose were 20+ minutes. There is a free Main Street Trolley, but you still have to walk to get to the stop, and we found walking the most efficient and practical way to get around. We did not have (or need) a car. It's also a little bit of a walk to the hot tubs (~200 yards outside). There is a changing room, but it was not consistently open. We liked the place a lot and would stay there again. I just think some prior reviewers glossed over the convenience and proximity factors.

Condo was as advertised. Very clean and nicely decorated. Underground parking and washer/dryer in condo is a bonus. Communication with owner was great. Location is perfect. Short walk to ski lifts. Highly recommend.

Like the title says, this place is fantastic. First off, the location is excellent. Walking distance to virtually everything. Once inside, it was the perfect place for our 4 person group. Couldn't ask for more. We will be back!

Unfortunatley the comforters on the bed would not fit into our suitecases. Very nice!! The indoor parking was also a nice addition.

This place suited us very well. It was plenty large for a family of 4 (with 2 adult children). The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the place well laid out. The indoor parking spot is great and the pool/hot tub is a 100 feet from the condo. Getting to the lifts is about a 5-7 minute walk so it's not ski in/out and the walk to Main St is also 5 -7 minutes. Super location.
The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is that the appliances are a bit dated with the washer/dryer being super small and old.
Other than that, we loved our time and Stan's son was super responsive.

Just what we needed
The property was perfect for our needs. It was a short walk to a lift as well as town. The hot tub and pool were perfect after long days on the mountain. The condo was comfortable and very well appointed in the kitchen.

Great vacation
The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Walking distance to ski school and main street shops/restaurants was amazing! The unit had in house laundry which was very helpful to dry the kids ski items each night. It also had legos, card games, a humidifier and a stool for my daughter to use in the bathroom. The mngt team was very responsive and helpful as well. We will definitely be back!

This condo feels more like a cabin with its cozy decor and attention to detail and the fact it is perched on the top floor with a private landing on the 3rd floor with no adjacent unit. Our family enjoyed sitting by the fire while watching the snow fall through the trees and even grilling burgers, Breck brew in hand with snow swirling around the deck, which was a first for me and a total blast! The layout of the place flowed well and our family felt very much at home. The location was very convenient to the slopes as well as downtown Breckenridge. I highly recommend renting ski gear from Charter Sports in the bottom floor of the Marriott hotel, which is very close. Folks are nice and even on Presidents weekend, the small rental location did not feel overcrowded. They let you store your skis and boots, etc. there day and night so you don’t have to carry them up to the condo, also they keep your boots on a warming rack so they are warm and dry, ready for those first tracks. Also the underground parking was very convenient especially with all the snow we got! Carful with taller SUVs, we had a Toyota Sequoia with big snow tires and it cleared the opening by mere inches. I think most normal SUVs should be ok, but just give it consideration. The 3rd floor location (4th if you count the parking garage) should be noted though but it was manageable and worth it for all the condo has to offer! Thanks, Stan for being so responsive and setting up the perfect rental for our family! I would jump at the opportunity to stay again!

Five day stay at Warriors Mark
The condo was great. Bigger than we thought with lots of storage space. Well appointed kitchen and very clean. Everything worked and it was quiet. Hot tubes were hot, clean and just a short walk from the condo. Parking was not a problem. A little hard to find the condo but we showed up in the dark, thus we had a little bit of stumbling around. But once found we were very happy and had a great five days. Very short (maybe 5 minutes) and direct walk to the lifts.

This is a premier location, within short walking distance to downtown restaurants/retail location
We like this unit very much, clean, spaces, well maintained, and furnished. The fireplace gives it a very cozy atmosphere. The Kitchen is well equipped if you plan to cook a full course meal. Tv's and speakers are the lates in technology. YFI works great and so my overll rating is a solid 5 star.

3rd floor condo. Close to mountain. Super nice property manager. Just wish it wasn’t on the third floor. Everything else is great.

Birthday ski trip
This property was amazing in many ways: location, sleeping arrangements, smart TV, cleanliness, kitchen. My 4 friends and I had a great experience here with only a 5 minute walk to the nearest lift or to town, the location was prime.

Wonderful place for a family of four
Our family really enjoyed this property for a two week vacation in June! It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The sun deck and proximity to the community pool were especially nice! Breckinridge restaurants and shops were only a short stroll away, but this place is still quiet.
