Other than the dirty floors and walls; the peeling laminate in the drawers; there is only one chair on the patio that is away from the air conditioner which is a killer sitting next to. The views are marvelous and the location is fantastic. Only real complaint is that the property manager is being paid too much for the cleanliness of the individual condo

I truly enjoyed my stay here. I loved the large bed right up next to the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was exactly what I wanted. I appreciated the kitchen amenities from the microwave to microwave oven. I didn’t realize they were beach chairs in the closet until I was leaving but that was a nice touch and available if I needed them. The beach was literally steps from my room as soon as I went down the stairs and out the door. There was also a pool that I didn’t use, but it was available if I wanted . I had a wonderful, relaxing weekend and slept great on the bed.
Everything was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to treasure island! Yes, Island Inn is going through some major renovations (which we were made aware of ahead of time) but it truly wasn't a bother. Everyone working there was a joy to work with. The view was amazing and the beach was not overwhelmingly busy like further up and down the coast! The 2 men working with the cabanas and chairs at the beach were awesome too! Communication with the iTrip staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful! Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back!

Long hair left in vanity and shower. Cushions on balcony chairs tattered, comforter too small for bed and overall room was past it’s prime. Didn’t look as good as it did in photos. Beach was great

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Island Inn. It was just what we were looking for. Steps away from the beach, clean and a great place to recharge. Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. They are going to be completing some outside renovations and I can’t wait to see the new and improved exterior. We would definitely go back to this quiet, beach paradise.

Awesome location on the beach with a spectacular view. My husband, 5 year old daughter, and I had a great time here. The provided sand toys were a nice surprise for my daughter to build a sandcastle on the beach. The tiki bar downstairs makes yummy frozen drinks you can sip while relaxing by the pool. My only complaint (which is minor and doesn’t affect my overall review) is that the pullout sofa didn’t have any sheets or bedding. We found some extra sheets for the king size bed in one of the closets and made those work for my daughter to be able to sleep on the pullout sofa- luckily, she had packed her own blanket.

Excellent location. Few issues not sure if it was the grout from the tiles or the floor dirty but had to wipe feet off every time we went into the bed. The microwave didn’t have the turntable glass so we couldn’t use it and the coffee maker was very dirty. Overall good stay and would recommend going here.

The property had a beautiful view. The room was ready early, so we got to check in by 2 instead of waiting until 4. The location was ok, not much going on except for a couple of bars.
The property was nice, but the room itself was not clean. It was very dusty. The stove was left filthy. The bathroom floors were dirty. The lamp shades and wall decorations were covered in dust. There’s no way it sleeps 4. We also had a late flight going home, and the front desk did not hold our luggage. I think with a little TLC it would be a better stay.

The unit had a beautiful view of the ocean. Location was great for dining and relaxing. The unit itself needed a deep cleaning and some updates. Food crumbs under the bed, soap marks still on the sink from previous guests, spills around refrigerator, and shower/bath was not clean. Hair and mildew on and around shower door/floor which needed a good bleach or scrubbing. I had to clean myself just to be comfortable.

The Condo was fine but the bathroom had mold at the base of the shower door and corners of the shower. Nothing a little bleach won’t take care of. Otherwise it was great.

My fiancé and I stayed here for 6 nights. Upon arrival, the room had a very heavy smoke smell although there are “no smoking” signs posted everywhere on the property. The counters were dirty to the touch, floors were dirty, shower had a wad of hair in the drain and along the walls, as well as a dirty shower door and mold in the shower. Hair and ponytail holders in the drawer in the bathroom. The room itself was nice, small, but nice and good for what we used it for. Majority of our day was spent on the beach or out and about. The bed was comfortable and the air worked great. The view of the beach is beautiful and lots of good places to eat, some within walking distance. I’m not quite sure I’d stay here again due to how dirty it was, but with some good cleaning, I would recommend the room/area. We enjoyed our stay, so aside from the cleanliness, I’d give this stay a 4/5.

We checked in on Friday and left on Tuesday. The check-in process was really easy just like you would check in at any other hotel. The room was clean for the most part the only thing that wasn't clean was the microwave but that's okay. We did have a leak in the bathroom sink which was fixed the same day we contacted I trip. The view from the balcony was amazing in the beach was not crowded at all we will be staying again.

Beautiful condo
We loved our vacation at Treasure Island! We had such an amazing view of the beautiful beach! The room was very clean and stocked with all necessary items. The location is awesome. You are short walks from a lot of cool bars and restaurants and a 15 min drive from John’s Pass. The beach also never got super crowded which we loved! We would definitely stay here again.

The lobby was stinky like cigarettes but who cares, we weren't there for long. The king bed was very comfortable, for me sometimes I have trouble sleeping in a new bed (over 40!) but I had no back pain in the morning lol... There was plenty of storage, seating, and surfaces for our stuff in the room. There were beach chairs in the closet , and also loungers and umbrellas available for rent on the beach, but we had brought our own anyway. The view from the room with the balcony was the selling point, perfect place for morning coffee, pre-dinner drinks, and to watch the sunset. The parking was ample as there was an additional lot across the street. The beach was beautiful, water was perfect, easy access from the unit. Cute tiki bar by the heated pool, but our drinks weren't very strong despite ordering a double! Lil noisy at the pool due to proximity to the road with police cars and ambulances when we were there. We walked down the beach to Caddy's for dinner. I would recommend providing a hair dryer in the unit. Also a little confusion at check-out as the email stated to leave the keys in the room, but the front desk asked us to return them. No big deal. Thank you for a nice stay!

The view is picturesque and the environment was serene. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area was functional. Great place to stay.

View was spectacular. Faces West for fabulous sunsets. iTrip was very responsive to toilet issues that plagued our stay. Unit could use some TLC, but for most part a nice stay. If guests want quiet though, especially in evenings, pick a unit that is not directly over the gathering area below.

Trolley service hit and miss recommend taxi its Johnnie on the spot.
Probably will rent other place for upgrade.

Beautiful view from the deck and beach to walk on
We had a wonderful week. The weather was perfect!
Pros: deck with beautiful view, grilled dinner on grills provided and ate on deck because it was so nice, beautiful beach, beach was not too crowded or noisy, walk from condo to beach is very short, chairs, beach towels and umbrella for beach, kitchen amply supplied, close to Publics (can walk), a bike rental place dropped off and picked up bikes for us, bath towels were good.
Cons: everyone's idea of "very clean" is a little different, so although many other commenters said this, we thought it was a little lacking in cleanliness in some areas (found one cleaning supply and went over a few things myself), could use fresh (new) dish towels and wash clothes, the sheets on the bed were scratchy and the pillows not the best.
Condo had salt and pepper, couple rolls of toilet paper, paper toweling, tiny bit of dish soap when we arrived.
The pros about the condo outweighed the cons for sure. We had a great vacation and they certainly were not enough to dampen our stay. I would still recommend this condo for two people.
