Nestled in Siesta Beach, this attractive house for $548 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This luxury Siesta Key vacation rental gives easy access to Siesta Key Beach. With four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two half baths this property has plenty of room for up to 10 guests. Its private pool area and out door kitchenette is great for small gatherings of family and friends. Four outdoor patios are scattered about the home to enjoy the fresh air and quite surroundings. Climb the spiral staircase to a small but private rooftop patio with a glimpse of the gulf. The property features high end furnishings throughout including king size bed in the master, two twin beds in the children's room, a queen in the third bedroom, and a queen size bed in the oversized 2nd suite. The property is equipped with an elevator for easy access from the garage all the way up to the master suite. The master bathroom offers a large jacuzzi tub, roman walk-in shower, and ample closet space. Make your way up to the 4th and final floor of this beautiful town home and take advantage of the bonus screening room with wet bar. Head across Midnight Pass Road and head down to the beach with deeded beach access also included. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: One week minimum reservation required. Saturday to Saturday in most cases. Optional: Pool Heating: $25/night for less than 3 weeks or $15/night for 3 or more weeks.

The house and pool was beautiful just as advertised. Distance to the beach and restaurants were very convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

House was very spacious with multiple levels perfect for two families to have privacy. Kitchen was huge and had all the tools for cooking. The pool was actually bigger than I had anticipated. Beach across the street through a convenient gate. Would definitely stay again.

Our family stayed a week at the property. Great location and just a short walk to a private beach. We were here over Memorial Day and when the public beach looked mobbed, we had a nice spacious beach to enjoy. The house itself is gorgeous and very spacious for our group of 6.

Overall great property and would rent again. A few things that did come up were addressed quickly. We did leave a recommendation for one of the pull out beds and hope that gets addressed. Otherwise very pleased with everything the house offered.

Overall the property was nice and comfortable. The issue we had was that the property said it slept 11 except it didn't. It didn't because the 4th floor sleep sofa was broken and we couldn't get the bed out of the sofa. We contacted the property manager and they said this is true but there is a blow up mattress to replace it. So we tried that the next night but the blow up mattress had a leak and my daughter and son-in-law ended up on the floor at midnight.
There was also a heavy build up of mold in the washing machine. I guess the sanitize cycle is never run. Very gross to wash our clothes in it even after scrubbing to try and get the mold off. The property seems very expensive with these kinds of issues.

This is a spacious home for multiple people. We rented it based on the elevator and trying to accommodate older family members. The elevator had no light and operation sounded rough in our trial attempts. Several of the beds were too high for older folks but overall the home was well equipped, with everything and more . This is a perfect rental for a large group of younger people. The pool is small but adequate.

This is the second time staying here. Plenty of room for our party of 11. Loved having the beach cart, umbrellas, boogie boards, and other various beach items. Beach access is super close and easy. I can’t wait to come back.

Maintenance needed
So the house was in an amazing location. The pool is mostly shaded, but in need of some tree trimming because leaves and items from trees fell in pool. More trash cans needed. Our biggest complaint was the bedroom/game room was supposed to have a pull out couch, However when we arrived the couch was broken and I called the maintenance company and they told me they left a deluxe air mattress. It was a very small air mattress so they said they would bring another one over. The air mattress they brought over was even smaller so we decided to use the original one and it went flat the first night by 1 AM. So we had to go out and buy an air mattress that would stay inflated. SpaceOne light in the upstairs bathroom kept flickering and gave some people a headache. There were no lights in the elevator they said maintenance was going to fix them in the middle of the week nobody ever showed up. The private beach was amazing.

We thought the house was beautiful, roomy, and nice, but you had to wear socks because the floors were dirty. The grill did not cook very well, but worked. Lots of pots and pans in the kitchen. It would be nice if the ice maker worked better. We bought ice daily. Needs wash cloths or sponges to hand wash with in the kitchen. We had towels in the bathrooms, but more wash cloths would be nice. Lots of pillows, but need pillow cases and more linens. Our bedspread in the master bedroom and the two single bedspreads had either uncleaned bedspreads or blood stains on them. It was very hot downstairs. Extra fans might help, or have the air conditioner checked out. Way cooler upstairs except the second floor bedroom. The elevator was amazing! The access to the beach is an issue because the place we were allowed to go through would not let us use the beach. We did, then the other places told us we had to use the one we had access too or move to where the water meets the beach. We plan to just get a place on the beach next time we come, because the beach was amazing! We did enjoy Siesta Keys.

Had problem with sewer smell in one of bedrooms which made the room uninhabitable when you tried to turn on water in bathroom. Was not considered ‘ emergency’’ so took time to repair

The hime itself was wonderful it couldn’t have been more perfect for our group. The only issue we had was the beach access. We were given the gate code and then some rude lady who works with the property across the street where the beach access is pitched a fit about us taking a golf cart through the gate to drop off a handicapped part of our group and a baby of 1 year and all of her beach stuff. The walk is a half a mile which is great for the normal person but these people in our group needed assistance. This is why I got the golf cart. There were multiple confrontations with her and it put a damper on the trip.

The hime itself was wonderful it couldn’t have been more perfect for our group. The only issue we had was the beach access. We love Siesta Key
We loved our stay in Siesta Key. There was plenty of room for our family. So convenient to the beach. We figured out mid-week how easy it was to get to town on the “frog hopper.” We didnt end using the pool much because it was really cold and didn’t get sun most of the day. We had the option to heat the pool but didn’t want to hassle with it. I think next time we would just want it built into the price and heated when we get there. Other than that, we loved our stay. Very updated and clean. Great space for a group! Can’t wait to visit again

The short walk to beach led to one of least crowded and best spots. Home was open and spacious. Appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels and wagon. Otherwise, basic amenities were sparse. We had to buy body soap, dish sponges, toilet paper, paper towels to get us through. There were no big, plastic tumblers for outside and beach. Our sheets in the master bedroom were horrible -- very pilled and scratchy. No kitchen basics like sugar, but this could be because of COVID. I feel like some nice lighting on the dining porch or a couch by pool would be simple additions that could really go a long way.
