Well-stocked with linens, fully equipped kitchen, cookware, charcoal and grill, firewood, toilet paper, and bath soap/shampoo. Located in Newton County, home to Buffalo National River, numerous hiking trails, caves, and elk. Extras: Outdoor shower (available seasonally), fire pit, large deck, 2 porches, and washer/dryer. Only 1.5 hour drive to Branson, MO, Eureka Springs, AR, and trout fishing on the White River. Well-behaved pets welcome.

We had a great time! The cabin was well stocked, all we had to get were groceries. The property is well maintained and secluded. The perfect spot to get away from it all. It was close to several hiking trails and Jasper. We would definitely stay again.

This was our sixth stay at the cabin and love it. We enjoy the quietness & peace of the area. The cabin is well stocked and very comfortable. It is close to the Buffalo River, hiking, quaint towns, and is a treasure. We’ll be back!

A great place to get away from the busy, crazy lifestyle and just enjoy peace. Beautiful views, great hiking trails, and seclusion. There’s wifi in cabin, but once you leave, make sure you mapped out where you are going. There is no cell service in this beautiful place so nice on the road. If you are really wanting to get away and relax, this is the place for you and family!

I cannot express how great this property is. We throughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. The cabin is stunning with stunning views. It’s close enough to town but yet secluded. My husband and I stayed at this cabin during our honeymoon, it was everything we hoped for. The host did an amazing job supplying all sorts of household items. We had fallen in love with the town of Jasper and plan to return. On a 10/10 rating I’d give this property a 100.

We really like this cabin and love the view! We stayed during the cold, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor seating. Grateful for all the heating options! Very well-stocked for most of your needs. They have lots of utensils for roasting marshmallows or hot dogs over he fire pit, and provide wood and charcoal. There is even a first aid kit in the bathroom behind the door.
The bed on the lower level wasn't quite comfortable enough so we moved to the loft. That bed was very comfortable. The stairs are steep, so be careful. We used the Bluetooth with the stereo system, which sounded very good. We are also grateful that it was dog-friendly. :)
Furthermore, the internet was good. I had to teach a class online one evening.

Great cabin & views; we planned trip around fall foliage & we hit it right! Just 2 of us, but cabin can hold more. Plenty of seating, inside & out. Porch with swing was divine to view fall colors. Kitchen was well stocked: spices, dishes, plenty of pots & pans; room for 1 cook(big dining table for prep if you had large group!) Bathroom had plenty of towels,TP,etc. Lots of games, magazines,DVDs. Dish TV.Nice combo heaters/AC units with remote controls. Great outdoor area with fire ring & wood. Host had directions for all equipment: TV, dvd player, combo heat/ac units,etc, very helpful. Washer & dryer was big bonus. If you want seclusion, this is the place ( there are other properties around, all the trees keep you hidden!) Not far off highway, well placed directional signs to get you to the cabin. Jasper short distance north, quirky little town with shops.

Ir was a great little cabin, fully furnished with everything we needed. The outside fire pit was fun & the cozy fireplace inside. The specific directions need to match the VRBO, send codes & updates to clients, & knowlege of the very ruff terrain of the roads to the cabin.

We had a fun and relaxing stay at the cabin. It was very comfortable and private. We grilled one night and sat around the fire pit. Everything we needed including charcoal and firewood was provided. We would definitely stay there again.

Work and life had gotten the best of me and I needed a quiet get away not too far from my son in Russellville AR. You really never know what you are going to get on VRBO and I can say that this place was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!! I arrived the first night after dark, I do not recommend that! It was pitch black and dirt roads. Thank goodness the lights were on at the cabin when I arrived. I wasn't able to check much out that first night given the time but when I awoke the following morning I was in complete AWE! It was absolutely stunning! Quiet, beautiful, had everything I needed to make a nice home cooked meal for my son. The area is truly magnificent. I spent so much time outside just sitting around the firepit, swinging on the porch swing or working on the picnic table outside, constantly enjoying the beauty. The hosts were welcoming, accomodating and gracious. I would absolutely visit again if given the opportunity.

Incredible location, secluded, peaceful, beautiful views, plenty of firewood, very nice cabin that had all the essentials, comfortable bedroom and a great loft, we had plenty of room for our bike trailer and bike parking under the car port. The ride to the main road was about 1.5 miles on a gravel road but a quick wipe at the stop sign we were ready to ride, all the riding was off scenic 7 so that was perfect, great communication with the hosts.

First off, thanks to Carol for working with me when i forgot my gun.
Now to remainder... Kitchen was small, but workable for 1 person. Take advantage of outdoor grill. The house leans (needs some work on underside of home) went to bed with head downhill and woke up with swollen face, it was bad. Had to sleep differently for rest of trip. There are large wasps flying around and very little bug spray, so light a 🔥 fire, the pit is wonderful. The home has everything you'll need for the most part, well equipped, but needs to be cleaned better-under furniture sometimes- and needs to be mopped. The kitchen floor mat was nasty. Overall, Had a good time.

Quiet and secluded, aside from a few times with barking of nearby dogs. Definitely recommend for a base camp for hiking the Buffalo River area.

Enjoyed it very much. I little hick-up on ac units on checkin. But they work well the rest of the weekend. They did go into shutdown at odd times (middle of the night) but it was easy to turn them back on. It did not ruin the weekend, and host was helpful on getting them worked out.

Peaceful, remote, but not too far from Hwy 7 and Jasper (~20-25 mins). Very close to the Grand Canyon of Arkansas. I had everything I needed to be comfortable.

The view, outside deck and fire pit area is amazing! The cabin is so quaint and has everything you possibly need. Bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The dogs barking, other guests have talked about was not a big deal at all. It was not very often and when they did bark, it did not last long. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice, clean. Everything you need, from spices, cooking supplies, utensils, right down to charcoal, lighter and firewood. Great firepit area. The owner really went above and beyond on suppling the essentials. The only drawback was the Aussie breeder. Dogs yapped almost constantly disturbing the peace and quite. Other than that, we highly recommend. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Spent a wonderful couple of days with my son and an old friend for some hiking and kinship. The property was easy to find and get to in an area that is not always easy to do. It is well equipped and has good wifi. That being said, the reality is this cabin is all about the outside. The outstanding fire ring and adjoining deck with the view is where you will spend most of your time as the cabin is on the small side. Keep weather in mind when renting. Only suggestion would be upgrade to deck furniture to make this a fantastic place to hang with friends or family

My wife and I went to this cabin as a surprise get away to go hiking for her birthday. This cabin was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The pictures don’t do it justice on how large the cabin is as well as how amazing the views are! This place has everything you could ask for for a get away to nature!
