About this house rental
Nestled in Mexico Beach, this lovely house for $239 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Newly Remodeled 4 Bedroom 2.5 bath cottage in Waterside Village with community pool. First floor family area includes well equipped kitchen, dining area and bar with seating for 10. Down Stairs half bath. Living room a 65" smart TV and help from Alexa. 2nd Floor has 3 bedrooms, two queen rooms with TVs and balconies, one facing the beach and one facing the canal. The middle bedroom has a full bed. Full size laundry is also on the second floor, along with 2 full bathrooms. Third floor has a twin trundle and twin bunk beds, a Smart TV, games for the kids. Pack N Play, baby monitors, baby gate and stroller for the little one. Pool and hot tub are a short walk down the boardwalk. Mexico Beach is a beautiful clear water, white sand beach. Waterside Paradise is located within walking distance of Caribbean Coffee, Mango Marley's. And several local shops. The beautiful white sand beach is 100 yards directly across from the cottage. There are great ocean views from the front balcony and 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms. There are beds for 10. Mexico Beach is home to some of the world’s most beautiful white-sand beaches and clear, clean emerald waters. Geologically, our beaches are quite rare. The sand found on the majority of the world’s beaches contains a mixture of approximately twenty different materials. The sugar-like white sand found in Mexico Beach, however, contains only one: evenly sized quartz crystals. This quartz sand originated millions of years ago in the Appalachian Mountain range. Because our area lacks the influence of silt-bearing rivers, our sand remains pure and white. This white quartz sand is highly reflective—which is the reason our beaches remain cool, even during the hottest summer months! Whether you're angling for pompano, Spanish mackerel, grouper, or many other native species, the fishing in Mexico Beach is as good as it gets. Our marina and charters are up and running, ready for your next outing! Many charters offer the option of inshore or offshore trips and most include your gear and license. The beach and all around town of Mexico City is wonderful. It small, quiet, not touristy at all! The beach itself is gorgeous!
Good: The home wa spretty clean. They did supply the home with towels and supplies for the beach. It was bigger than expected and seemed to have enough games and such for rainy days.
Not so Great:
The host was very communicative in the beginning. That made me feel really good about booking here. What did frustrate me about the communication was the lack of knowledge given to us about things not working. The freezer did not keep things as cold as it should have. Our icecream never became frozen even after 6 days of being in there. The ice machine did not work. Then the microwave... I emailed her in a panic, not wanting to be blamed for the microwave and her response was she knew about it. The microwave was above the oven and when we opened the door of it, it flew open barely hanging on by a screw! It also never heated the food properly. We made a lot of meals at home to save money and this was super frustrating for left overs and making instant meals for the kids.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Short walk to the beach and everything you could need in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi gave us some trouble but the homeowner was prompt in helping us get that fixed! Overall wonderful stay!

This was a great property, perfect for our family. The house was roomy and bright, and very comfortable. We had one small problem with the dishwasher, but the owner was quick to respond and resolved the issue.
The beach was a short walk away. Sand was sugar white and the water was so clear. All beach items you could need were supplied by the host, wagon included.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return to Mexico Beach.

Our family had wonderful week at your house. Best stocked kitchen, nice garage with plenty of beach equipment ( chairs, beach buggy, beach toys, crab nets, etc.), nice dock on canal out back for fishing and crabbing. Did not do as well in the surf as usual with only a couple of small flounder. Also best sleeping beds. Every thing as advertised and more. Loved the house, location, and beach. Went for scallops with a group of friends. Had a great time but wasn’t our day. The home is exactly as advertised and is very comfortable. The only negative this review will get is that for a group of guys on a football Saturday in the south, ESPN is a must and the Direct TV package at this home did not offer that. They did offer internet TV but on this weekend the internet was very hit and miss and streaming was not possible. Other than that great place to stay. Would definitely come back.

The house is unique having the canal to park a boat behind it and the beach across the street. Our kids loved the bunk room on the third floor. We love everything about our stay here!

It was a great property. The Refrigerator had a fish smell and there were candy wrappers under the bed that made Me a little uneasy about the cleaning before check-in. But it was a well stocked unit and very Visitor Friendly with beach supplies.

Perfect beach trip
Property was perfect for the family and excellent mix of everything you would want. Plenty of space, very clean, very updated. Beach was directly across the street with plenty of space to spread out and the beautiful beaches of the area. Pool was great option, never too crowded. Also could fish from the back dock for some fun.
I did notice many of the other houses allowed access to the garage which would have been very usefull as this one was locked for trike storage. Also noticed many other houses had nice grills, this one had a tiny charcoal Webber. I know owner had a bad experience but just a heads up in case you like to grill like I do. The beach toys/chairs and cart provided were really great though.
Mango Marleys and nearby shops were nice. Even grabbed a fishing charter that was a good time.
Overall would stay again and had a solid week.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo at Mexico Beach! The location was perfect with just a short walk to the pool, the beach and dinner at Mango Marley's. We could not have asked for a better vacation!
