This 2nd floor condo is appointed nicely with 1 King, 2 twins and 1 pullout sofa bed (renter will need to pay for sofa bed linens at check in). It will accommodate 6 guest very comfortably. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just as expected and just as pictured. It had almost everything we needed. We had to go out an buy a sheet set for the pull out bed, dish soap, toilet paper and garbage bags. Other than that all the essentials were there. We had trouble with the electric stove but someone came to fix it. The burners are a lil crooked so don’t expect your pancakes to be circles!!! Having a dryer and washer was a plus! The kids loved the pool and we loved that there was a bathroom there. The location was perfect and close to many attractions. The condo complex was generally quiet and had no problems with our neighbors except for the family that smoked weed everyday on the balcony beneath us. The condo looks out onto a golf corse which was nice to watch people playing and the grounds were very clean and manicured. Overall I would stay there again.

We were there for a softball tourney so it was great to have a fridge and washer/dryer for our needs. The condo was very close to the pool (it is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, just fyi!). The check in spot to get keys was very close to the condo which was helpful! Grocery store was very close by and the restaurants at Broadway were too!

Two my friends and I stayed this past weekend for country music fest and to just get away. The place was perfect. It was at most 10 mins from everything we went to. We def would stay here again!

We rented this property for a group of five friends and loved it! All spaces were clean, well kept, and furnished with enough for six people. It all was more than comfortable for us, and very reasonable for the price. The apartment also had a lot of great storage space and the rental office was very clear about the check in and check out processes. We definitely recommend it and are thinking of staying again ourselves!

Very short drive from Myrtle Beach and N Myrtle Beach. Fully stocked with everything you could need. The water does start making a noise after a while which scared us at first, but everything else about the property was great! Loved our stay :)

Just some minor things that need to be fixed like vertical blinds and bigger beds in 2nd bedroom and more comfortable bed in master but everything else was clean and nice upgrades throughout.
