Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath luxury beach house. The main/master bedroom
has a king-sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed and full-bed and a twin up top (s), comfortable for sleeping, 7 people. On top of the kitchen counter, you will find a sign in book with the WiFi password keys to the golf cart and garage door opener in a Tea Tin, Trash day is early Tuesday and Friday mornings. These are new pillow-top Sertas throughout the home. Also with 650-thread count sheets and Sleep-gram pillows. The spacious living room is furnished with new leather furniture, electric recliners and LG 65-inch television, also a LG Smart TV in the master bedroom .
The property has free WiFi, high-speed Xfinity internet. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all brand new major appliances. Situated near the beach, 3-5 minute walk, guests can enjoy an afternoon of water sports and beach combing. Free use of a nice golf cart to get back and forth to the beach. Was a little concerned when we pulled up to the house. Neighborhood is a mix of older homes, newer homes, and a few trailers sprinkled in. Only a few blocks from the beach, though!Home itself was nice. All ground level, newer appliances, LG smart TVs in living room and master. Would have liked TVs in all bedrooms, but our adult Daughter and Boyfriend made due. Nice tile throughout with area rugs in key places.Hot tub was a nice addition, as is the electric golf cart for getting to the public beach access.Garage was nice to keep the rental SUV out of the heat. There were some beach toys in garage, which was nice. Beach chairs and towels would have been a bonus.Owner was quick to respond to questions or concerns.Home was clean and decently appointed. Keurig coffee maker was appreciated. Bed in Master was comfortable, as were the nice linens. Could use a few more wash rags, but has nice washer and dryer to get washrags and towels clean.We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to friends. All in all a great experience. We like the atmosphere of west PCB and beyond, and this location didn't disappoint. Wife and I agree this was our best vacation to PCB, and we've been coming for 13 years. This house definitely aided in this great vacation!

My family felt right at home. Very welcoming. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The fenced in back yard gave us complete privacy. The golf cart made it easy going back and forth to the beach. We will be coming back next year for sure.

The stay was excellent. Beautiful home and only minutes from beach. Bonus is the golf cart and you have a hot tub that was awesome! We stayed for a week and had a blast! Great location!
