Situated in Seattle, this lovely condo for $248 per night is a great choice for your next break. The beauty of this 1100sq ft tastefully decorated 2 bdrm condo is centrally located just minutes outside of downtown in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is in a gated building with secure parking that is close to several casual and fine dining establishments with plenty of family entertainment or nightlife options close by. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in closet and its own full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a trundle style bed that comfortably sleeps 2 adults or 2 children with a 2nd full bath. The open floor plan has a large living space with a smart TV and adjacent dining area. The full-size kitchen with granite countertops will make you feel right at home. It is fully equipped with a microwave, coffeemaker, oven/stovetop, dishwasher and all the pots/pans and utensils you need to cook any meal of the day. Walk outside the sliding glass doors onto your large private balcony patio with potted plants and lounge chairs to relax after a day of sightseeing or enjoy a quiet meal with a glass of wine at the table under the umbrella. There are beaches and parks with trails nearby like Golden Gardens with sailing activities or Carkeek Park where you can take in spectacular views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains and much more. Close to markets, shopping malls, hospitals and universities/colleges. Public transportation is close by as well as Uber and Lyft. I take a personal approach and pride in providing a clean and comfortable rental so the only thing you need to worry about is relaxing and enjoying a pleasant vacation!

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, secure (including parking garage), and well stocked with every thing we needed. The host met us in person to show us how to work everything and even provided snacks, drinks, and FRESH FRUIT AND FLOWERS! It was easy to get to downtown without having to get on the 5, always a traffic nightmare. Close to grocery store as well. Best VRBO we have ever stayed in.

We were met by the owner who personally showed us how the parking worked and the ins and outs of the property. She made us feel so welcome with a selection of refreshments and fresh flowers. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Seattle!

I rented Marjo's place for my aunt and family friend(both in their 70s) while they visited the Seattle area. The location was perfect for driving to site seeing in the city and getting out to the surrounding areas for hikes. It was clean and well stocked.

First time in Seattle and didn’t do much research on location - basically the price was better than a hotel and accessible for our unique needs. Property was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have a car so Lyft to tourist attractions. Near a park for early morning walk/hiking. We didn’t cook but everything we could have possibly needed was available. Decor is nice. Beds comfortable. Laundry in unit available. Quiet hours enforced but ok.

We stayed at this property the last week of June. Marjo met us when we got there & showed us around the unit. It was very clean. She stocked the refrigerator with drinks & left numerous snacks for us to enjoy.
The only negative thing I can say about the unit is that there is only one a/c unit in the living room window. There were fans in the bedrooms but it did get a little warm.
I would highly recommend this unit!

This was the best rental that we have ever stayed at! Marjo was a superb host! She was responsive and easy to communicate with. She met us at the parking garage to show us where to park and to tell us how to leave the garage after we checked out. After that, we went up the elevator to the rental unit and Marjo gave us a quick tour of the place. She was so thoughtful. She had snacks and beverages ready for us, which was greatly appreciated since we hadn’t had a chance to stop by the store. We also liked that she met us in person and showed us what to do when we checked out.
The rental was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It was about 15 minutes away from downtown. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The place was comfortable and cozy for our family of four to relax and unwind after a long day of excursions. We would love those to stay at this rental again when we return to this area. Thank you, Marjo!

The Host, Marjo welcomes you when you arrive to answer any questions. She provides snacks, fruit, and drinks. She makes the condo feel like home. Ideal location, close to everything in Seattle. Safe neighborhood. Locked underground garage. We could not have had a better stay in Seattle. This was all because Marjo cares about her renters.

The property was exactly as listed. The back patio could use some updating, maybe some fresh plants.
This is a building of condos, the entire property is non-smoking, which is fine. We were not told, so the neighbors called our attention. Good Location. Owner was vey responsive.
Probably won't be back in Seattle, but I highly recommend this property.

My kid was actually freaked out by it. The apartment also had heating only and no air conditioning. The host said she could have her maintenance guy come and install a window unit, but we declined. The balcony is not private at all. The apartment building is older. I paid what looks like the monthly rent for this unit in less than 1 week. If you live in a house, you will not enjoy staying here.
