Nestled in Old Saybrook, this lovely cottage for $125 per night is a great choice for your next break. A recently renovated one bedroom cottage in historic Westbrook, a quaint shoreline community on the banks of Long Island Sound, halfway between New York and Boston. This fully furnished cottage features 1 bedroom with queen bed (can be changed to 2 twins), 1 bathroom, living room and eat-in kitchen. Included are satellite TV, WIFI internet, Chromecast for casting from your phone, washer/dryer, and air conditioning. Also included is a beach pass allowing the guest the same beach parking and access privileges that Westbrook residents enjoy. The cottage is located at The Cabins directly on US Route 1 (1881 Boston Post Road) and within easy access to shops, dining and water activities in the immediate area. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons although pets are always welcome! Off-season extended stays are negotiable. Stays of 5 weeks or longer always receive a discount - please contact us for more info.

This was my second trip to the Cozy Cottage and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this rental. Being a woman traveling alone, safety and peace of mind are my main concerns and I never have to worry at this property. The location is quiet, centrally located and I feel safe at all times of day. The ability to have a full kitchen, living room and washer/dryer added to the convenience of my stay. The hosts are very responsive when needed. Add the Cozy Cottage to your favorites.

The Cabin worked out perfectly for our one week stay while our wood floors were being done. It has everything you need for a couple. Everything worked great, the appliances, shower, heat or cool, the bed was comfortable.

Just the right size for two people and a pet. The property has everything you will need for a great stay! Karl was great as a host....I really enjoyed talking to him about the area and other stuff. We will be staying there next time we are in the area!

The property was well maintained, clean and modestly equipped, but had all we needed. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable living space, bedroom and access to two closet (with ample wooden hangers; much appreciated). The only thing I would mention is there was a double bed and I would have liked a second set of towels for a week stay. They had a washer/dryer machine and iron & iron board I didn’t need to use but it was there with courtesy laundry product. Also they had left us some ground coffee, water and beverages in the refrigerator. Thank you. Overall 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. To the cottage manager.

The cottage was very nice. It was very clean and while it is a small cottage, everything inside was new and laid it in a way that you felt very comfortable. It was very close to the beach, came with a beach pass as well..

A great experience with this cabin rental. Initial entry was a pleasant experience with an extremely clean and very nicely decorated interior. All needed amenities were provided along with some nice complementary refreshments in refrigerator. Will certainly work towards staying again!

Brand new condition. Every detail thought out with precision. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Everything is provided. Even tasty beverages in the refridgerator! 2 closets with ample storage. Lawn with bench and picnic table outside. Host communicates quickly and although we did not meet, He did meet my wife who said he is a wonderful host.

This small cottage was very clean and well-appointed. A comfortable space for two. It is very close to beaches and other attractions. We enjoyed pizza from Westbrook Pizza and seafood from Johnny Ad's.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The owner greeted us the day we checked in. The place was very cozy and extremely clean. The location is perfect, close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. We will definitely be back again!

The cabin was perfect for our stay. Not big, but enough room for me, my husband and our dog. Karl was quick to answer emails. The location was good for getting to Essex, Old Saybrook and Deep River.

This is our second stay at this property and just as good as the first stay. It is just as described and as the picturers show. Very clean, fully furnished for a long or short stay, and centrally located. The management was very accommodating. We look forward to coming back again.

A very well-kept and comfortable cottage in a very quiet, small complex. Karl and his wife put together a list of some places in the area to eat, walk, and visit. Very personable and available for any questions or concerns. Some great restaurants in the area and very scenic areas to walk. Just what we were looking for to get away for a few days.

I was visiting nearby family and was lucky enough to stay at Cozy Cottage. The cottage is sweetly decorated and has everything needed for a comfortable pleasant stay. Although it looked small from the outside, the inside was surprisingly roomy. The layout was efficient and cleverly took advantage of every space. The kitchen was well furnished, the decor was "beach cute", the bed was comfy and the unit even had a combo washer/dryer. Karl, the owner, was helpful and friendly. As a single senior woman, I felt safe and secure.

My wife and I spent 11 days here during December 2020. We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We would definitely stay again given the need and opportunity. Awesome sunrise and sunset every day from the same spot just a 5 minute walk (the point at the end of old mill road). Very quite and still this time of year. Karl (owner/property manager) was available, and very helpful with local information. Carl Williams.

The cabin was perfect for two people. Everything was clean and functional with a lovely bright interior. We enjoyed walking through the seaside neighborhood while we were there. It was very quiet.

Cottage was completely clean as a whistle....had all modern amenities...and was walking distance to the beach....and a short drive from all the stores./ pubs. Internet service worked perfectly...and the TV, and supply of books was awesome. The owner was solid on communication...zero stress in working with with him. I'll rent again....most definitely. Great stay.
