About this house rental
Located in Edisto Beach, this lovely house for $399 per night is a great option for your next break. 4BR / 3BA (Dual Masters - One King, One Queen, Two Doubles, and 2 Triple Bunks) - Sleeps 14. This beautifully decorated home is located in a highly desirable area on the southern pointe section of the island, and only two blocks from the beach - with direct access. It’s an easy 2-3 minute walk to the surf and sand at Beach Access 28, and close to the bike and running trail and tennis/pickleball courts, and across from Whaley's Restaurant. Internet, WI-FI, and Cable TV are all included. A great home for a fun-filled family vacation on Edisto. This property has a very large covered porch full of rocking chairs . You enter the front door into the great room with the living, dining, and kitchen together in the center of the home under high vaulted ceilings, and on hardwood floors - this area includes several sofas, a big screen TV, a large handmade farm table for dining, an island with stools, and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. There is a screen porch at the back of the house with a table and chairs for outside dining. Open deck areas are on both sides of the screened porch, and off of two bedrooms - several Adirondack chairs are on each deck . There are 2 bedrooms on each side of the great room. The dual master bedrooms on the left includes one with a King, and the other has a queen - both carpeted, both have a TV, and each with a private bath (tub/shower combo). The back bedroom opens onto a large deck area. The other two bedrooms are located on the right side of the home. The front bedroom has 2 double beds, and the back bedroom has 2 triple bunk beds (sleeps 6) - both bedrooms are carpeted. The bunk room opens onto the other back deck. Both of these bedrooms have a TV. There is a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) on this side of the house in the hall between the two bedrooms. The laundry is off of the hallway across from the bathroom, and includes a new washer and dryer. There is a large enclosed outside shower available with both hot and cold water, and a seating area under the house, including two round tables and a picnic table - plenty of seating. Stringed lights hang above the back section for sitting out after dark. A hanging swing is also located underneath for relaxing. We have a charcoal grill available for your use. The back yard is private with beautiful live oaks. It isn't uncommon to see deer and wildlife browsing in the yard. There are several outdoor games available including a ping pong table underneath the house, horse shoes, and corn hole. There are two drives in the front of the home with the ability to drive and park underneath the house. It will accommodate approximately 6-8 cars. Please note that we provide bed linens and pillows, but we do not provide bath towels or wash cloths. June through August is for 7 night minimum rental only, and check in/out must occur on Saturday or Sunday.

We were a group of 10 adult women ages 27-69. We gathered to celebrate our family heritage. The house comfortably slept all of us. The great room and kitchen were large enough for all of us to be together for meals and fun. We were able to rotate through the 3 bathrooms with ease. The location was a short walk to beautiful beaches.

Second visit to the house. I love the floor plan, the common space and the quality of life features: the games and swing downstairs, the front and back porches and the outside shower. Great time. Grateful Eric allowed me to rent again.

This property was perfect for our large family. The beds were all comfortable, there was plenty of seating and many places to hang out on the property. We loved the rockers on the front porch. There was an outdoor shower that was nice to have after being in the sand. The kitchen was well appointed with a good size refrigerator. The walk to the beach was only a few blocks. Plenty of parking also. The house had everything we needed. I highly recommend this house for large groups. Eric was wonderful to work with and we were notified that we could check in early the night before our trip. The process was seamless from booking to checking out. We hope to stay in this home again.

We decided to spend my husband’s milestone birthday on Edisto, one of our favorite destinations. We had all of our kids and grandkids so we needed a home that was large enough to accommodate all of us and this place turned out to be perfect. It was light and airy and big enough for everyone but at the same time felt cozy and comfortable. It was also a great location, close to the beach and to Whaleys which was an added plus. The owner was super great to work with and very responsive every time I reached out to him which was seldom as there was no need. It was clean, had plenty of comfortable seating and the beds made for comfortable sleeping. The ping pong table was an added plus and the kids really enjoyed that. We would recommend the place highly as we were not disappointed at all and enjoyed it thoroughly. We were able to make some really wonderful memories!!

The house was perfect for our family with lots of room to spread out - inside and outside. Just a short walk to the beach and right across from Whaley’s for food and drinks. Everything was in great condition and clean. Hope to get this place again in the future. Owner was easy to work with and provided good info about the property and area attractions.

The open living room and kitchen is great place the whole family could hang and not fill cramped. Underneath the house we played games for hours. Slept 8 to 10 peacefully. A short walk to the beach. Loved the front porch with many rocking chairs. Restaurant in walking distance. A private outdoor shower convenient.

Bedrooms were comfortable and the three full bathrooms were perfect for 3 couples. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the little restaurant across the street.

We stayed here for a relaxing low key beach vacation with our adult children and grandchildren ( 2 infants & 2 yr old). The house and location met our needs perfectly. From the house you can look down the street & see the beach. It’s only a few min walk. Whaley’s restaurant across the street was quite convenient for cocktails and take out. The bike trail is about a block away . The neighborhood is wuiet

We had such a great time at this house!
The kitchen was well stocked for making yummy meals every night. It was super clean and had way more room than we were expecting!
Just a short walk (maybe 3 minutes) to the beach. The outdoor shower and hose were perfect for rinsing off after a day in the ocean. The porches were so relaxing to listen to the sound of the frogs at night.
The host was very prompt with communication and we were very impressed with everything the house had to offer!

Our family of seven had a wonderful time at this gorgeous property. This house had the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had along with unexpected extras including dishwasher and washer supplies that outlasted our stay. We loved the large family room. We were so close to the beach we could walk home for snacks and other necessities. The best part of Edisto is how safe you feel in this community. The children enjoyed playing with all the outdoor “toys” as well as riding bikes around the island. Eric is an exceptional host and easy to contact. Don’t forget to try Whaley’s restaurant while you’re there. We will be back.

Property was amazing. Perfect in every way. The location could not have been any better. Pickleball around the corner (pick up nets at the Rec Center). Beach access right down the street. Whaley's across the street was no problem at all, actually quite convenient. House is very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The owner communication was outstanding. We definitely hope to return and highly recommend this property!!

This property was amazing! We were able to house three families with an abundance of space and privacy. Our children’s ages are 10 through seven so having the bunk bedroom made it a dream! As we were able to keep all the children in one room. It was only two blocks from the beach. We were able to take daily trips and really enjoy the sun and the beach. I highly recommend for any future families wanting to travel. Eric made the check in and check out process seamless. He contacted us two weeks prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything that we needed.

This house was the perfect set up for our family. We loved the open floor plan and having all of the bedrooms on one floor. There was so much room under the house and we enjoyed ping pong and cornhole tournaments each night. We have already booked it for next summer.

A very comfortable house
We loved staying at this property. The owner was great and communicated a lot of helpful information to me prior to our stay including the flyover schedule for the fourth. The house was exactly like I expected it. It was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The den furniture was also comfortable and casual. All the TVs were new and had a choice of smart tv apps and Directv. The kitchen was well-stocked. I loved the keyless entry so I didn't spend any time waiting at the rental companies on keys or having to return the key. It was also nice because no one had to have the key to get in. This made coming and going at different times very easy. Our stay was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

The only downside to this property is that you are looking at the back door of Whaley's and the staff would use colorful language when they were outside. We had two toddlers with us and they happen to be at that stage where they repeat new words. Other than that we had no issues and would definitely stay again.

This was my favorite rental so far! I haven’t been to Edisto in 25+ years. The location was great. We rented a golf cart since that was all we needed to get around the small island. The house was a perfect layout for our family. The owners provided everything you could possibly need except for bathroom towels. Loved the outside games : ping pong, horseshoes and corn hole - so much fun! Would definitely stay here again!

Tons of space, a big beautiful open space that we could all gather together, an awesome outdoor space with plenty of seating and lots of space for everyone to play. And when I say a well stocked kitchen, I mean there was not one thing the kitchen didn’t have, pots/pans, utensils, serving dishes, bbq utensils everything!!! The house was clean and very well maintained. Eric was a wonderful host, we had a small issue on the first night, he responded immediately and the issue was resolved.
Perfect location, very short walk to the beach, directly across the street from Whaleys, a great little bar and lunch spot.
We will absolutely rent this property again!!!

I rented the property because I knew that we would have several 21 yr old men & several 55 ish couples and thought the back yard / outside activities & porches would provide separation yet fun for all & this was true . The owner was extremely responsive . The only “ downside “ of the property is that the front porch faces the back parking of a local restaurant . The restaurant was not loud , just not the most “beach” view !

Across the street from a seafood restaurant which was super convenient. Beautiful view of the backyard and the porch has a lot of rocking chairs. Cleaners could have down better as there was some left over food crumbs in the couch, a left over French fry under a table and eyelashes that was left on a nightstand table. All and all the house was still pretty clean, but the experience and the owners were incredibly friendly.
