Our stay at the Sky Beach Aparthotel in Poljica was nothing short of exceptional. Situated a mere 10 meters from the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea, the location is absolutely stunning. The ultra-modern, romantic atmosphere makes it an ideal getaway, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the spa’s jacuzzi and sauna.
From the moment we arrived, Kaisha at reception set the tone for our stay with her extraordinary kindness and professional service.
Even when a pre-booked event meant the main restaurant was closed, the team went above and beyond. Branka, the restaurant manager, arranged for us to dine privately on our beautiful sea-view balcony. She personally served every single course with remarkable etiquette and flair.
The culinary experience itself was outstanding. The chef deserves special praise—every dish was prepared to perfection, from the goat cheese starter, tempura sardines, and tuna and pear tartare to the ribeye steak, figs with cheese, and the spectacular chocolate bomb. The quality was truly Michelin-class.
As retired diplomats, we have been fortunate enough to travel widely across the globe, and this marvelous hotel proved to be the absolute perfect location to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

We did notice the complimentary bottled water in the bedroom had a subtle salty taste, as did the bathroom water which we understand is due to local coastal saline incursion in the region, though this minor detail did not detract from our wonderful stay.

Very nice boutique hotel, we rented two apartments on the first floor that could be connected by removing a sliding wall in between the two apartments. Beautiful sea views.

The staff are the shining star in this hotel. Very sweet. My son who is 10 came back from dinner in Trogir with a big lump on his head from running into a pole. They remedially made and ice headband and wrapped it around his head. They also packed us a lunch to take to the airport the night before we were leaving Croatia. They were the most gracious hosts of our entire 3 weeks on the Dalmatian coast. The hotel is located close to the airport if you need a quick over night stay. The only bummer was the air conditioning witch does not get under 23 degrees. Every other place we stayed at we were able to turn it down to 20, or even 18. I do realize that I am probably being an ugly American about the AC.
