La ubicación es excelente, cerca de los mekores comercios y se camina a la playa; tiene piscina interna que le da privacidad y frescura a la estancia
Requiere una renovación en aspectos de infraestructura coml puertas, baños y grifería.
Además se debe sellar o cambiar el entretecho, pues lamentablemente hay un animal nocturno que decide vivir ahí de 5 pm a 5 am y bueno, no deja de ser incómodo
Hay fallas en el funcionamiento de la piscina y A/C que en zonas de calor no es aceptable para el precio que se paga

Great location, although it's near a parking lot that has a lot of ATV's coming and going. Can be noisy, but worth because of proximity to Banana Beach. Our concierge was EXCELLENT. Love the house, worked really well and nicely decorated. I would stay there again. Great lightings, comfy furniture, great Marshall boom box, AC's were excellent. I love this place.
There were several things that needed to be fixed. Most were addressed. Plumbing was a little scary. Water pressure way too low. The fountain to the plunge pool didn't work until half way through the trip and you need it on to drown out the noise from the parking lot. I would request that it stay on the from dawn until dusk.
