Located in Decatur, this lovely cottage for $135 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our cottage is quiet and peaceful, on a tree lined street in a nice residential neighborhood, yet walking distance to all Decatur has to offer. Our cottage is best suited for a couple and one child. It’s a 15 minute nice walk on safe, tree-shaded sidewalks to Downtown Decatur where you will find many award winning restaurants, shops and pubs. Located only two blocks from the Marta station, one mile from Agnes Scott, 4 miles from Emory and the CDC. Keyless entry, thermostat, free Wi-Fi, Roku TV, no stairs. Check-in anytime after 3 pm. Check-out by11 am. Details will be sent closer to check-in. The Cottage is in our backyard, with a private entrance and walkway. It is a quiet, cozy space. There is a sofa and a 46 inch HD flat screen TV (with Roku including Netflix and Hulu), and DVD player in the front room. In the back there is a very comfortable queen bed with a Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid Plush mattress and 100% Egyptian cotton sheets and quilt. There is also a single size mattress in the small loft area with a reading light perfect for an older child or small adult. The kitchen area has a small oven, cook top, microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge with freezer, a coffee maker with several different coffees and teas to choose from. The bathroom has a walk in tile shower with vanity with clean fresh towels and all essentials needed for your stay. You have full, private use of the cottage and may feel free to relax in one of our shared spaces in the beautiful back yard. If you are traveling with children, we have a trampoline as well as a large play scape area that your children are free to enjoy. This space is shared with my family and sometimes friends. We ask that there is NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises. I will be available as much or as little as you need me to be. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns during your stay.
