Some unpleasant surprises

Super location

Toilet/bathroom doors couldn’t be locked. Such a new kitch hut what a shame that the dishwasher was not working. Tiles in the shower were dirty, as well as the toilet was (poop stains). Had to buy a bottle of bleach to clean it.

Superb

I highlight the personal attention when picking up the keys at the office, efficient people and willing to answer questions about the accommodation and the city. The stay was quiet in an apartment with everything you need for a couple of nights. Very satisfied with the accommodation, I already repeated and if I return to the city I would repeat.

location is good but if you take a big luggage is not very convenient to go somewhere to pick a key and back to the prop

Perfect place to have a big party !

Very spacious appartment -- even the bathroom is very big. The kitchen has some basics like oil and salt, which is unusual when renting apartments and highly appreciated. Nice furniture, in all styles: a refreshing approach compared to those places that are all in one style. No TV but a large mirror in the living fulfills the same function. Heating and wi-fi work fine. Centrally located. An ideal place to organize a big party.

The hot water in the shower could be hotter and the pressure higher.

Affordable stay in the city, but keep your expectations low

Good location, and the agents dealing with the check-in process were friendly. The flat was also pretty affordable, but that was reflected in the quality. I probably wouldn’t stay here again (see negatives). There was also a distinct absence of a “homely” vibe. A nice throw pillow, blankets, or even a working coffee machine wouldn’t go amiss.

The key pick-up process could have been so much easier with a lockbox outside the property. As a note to future guests, bear in mind you’ll need to walk 20mins from the station to pick up your keys, and then a further 10min walk to the property. It would help if the apartments had a sign, as it was very difficult to tell which front door exactly the apartment block was. Whilst it was nice to meet the agents dealing with the property, I found the check-in process in the makeshift and sparse “office” a bit odd. I felt like I was picking up a fake ID, and not checking into a legitimate property. I will say that the agents were friendly though. Other reviews noted the noise that is *very* audible from the flat. There was building work all through the night which was pretty strange. The walls are also paper-thin (truly), so you can hear everything as loudly as if you were standing a foot away. The tenants in the building appear to love the sound of their own voices and spent a good length of time shouting and knocking on doors throughout the night. As you enter the property, you’ll note 2 big signs on the back of the door with a list of rules. It came across (at best) as passive aggressive. The flat could do with a proper scrub, I genuinely felt that I was back in my student flat at university.

overall was a decent stay for 1 night, although could have been better

apartment was clean, however kitchen utensils were not when we decided to cook a small dinner. elevator did not operate on the 2-3rd floors, we had to carry luggage up.

needs a thorough cleaning (walls and door handles too!!); we were eaten alive by mosquitoes!

the location. the staff was very nice also and gave great recommendations for restaurants!

this unit needs a thorough deep cleaning. the walls were filthy with handprints and lord knows what else! the surfaces of things and the windows were also not cleaned. I wadis not want to touch anything or sit on any of the furniture! finally, our neighbors were very loud all night and into the morning and there definitely is a mosquito problem - we didn’t get any sleep!!!

Very good

The apartment is quite big and stylishly decorated imho. Having a balcony is nice. The location is excellent.

You have to pick up the key from afar, one kilometer away from the flat. That would be more ok if it was somehow on the way from the railway station, but it is not. So it is 2 km extra walking. If the check-in was convenient, I would rate this place 9 or 10.

Very good

The location is great, very centrally located. The apartment is spacious, with a nice bathroom. While it was very central, it wasn't very noisy.

There were a lot of mosquitoes, and I mean a lot, which was unfortunate, but not a huge deal.

Was expecting more. Next time I would stay in another place.

The people giving the keys were very friendly and nice.

The location of the flat was good but I was not aware when booking the apartment that the place to collect the keys was 10-15 minute walk away. Travelling with two little kids and luggage it did not make for a smooth nor comfortable arrival. The flat was clean but lacked home feeling and in general everything was a bit worn out and kinda broken.

the location and the apartment are very very nice and comfortable with all you need for a sightseeing trip ; cofee shop in the building is an invaluable plus

Disappointing

Luca very helpful but didn't tell us how to access the terrace or patio. Apartments are large but no guide in property which may have helped. Some cleaning products left to use if needed - toilet cleaner, hand soap, shower gel and washing up liquid. Good wifi connection. Large shower which was good and easy to use. Good location to access the shopping area and amenities.

The entrance to the property is dirty and unkempt with mail spilling out of a letterbox. Key pad covered with tape, numbering is not nicely displayed. Floor on entering is dirty, lift is disgusting and smells bad. The lift was dark and full of mosquitos with the carpet being extremely dirty. Photos are showing newly decorated properties and not as they are now. No mirror, furnishings, cushions, TV/radio. Sofa in lounge area was slashed in a number of places. Walls are scuffed/dirty and not wiped clean, dirt/dust on some skirting boards. Cleanliness overall was just okay. Signs on all the doors re parties and how to report the nosie etc, are a bit off putting. No key to balcony so had to use the table each night to block it off and put the blind down. Fire extinguisher is dated 2018, not sure if this is up to date? The smoke alams have all been removed and there is one on the windowsill in the lounge? Small bedroom has a double bed with only 6/8 inched to get in/out of the bed. Nowhere for suitcase or to hang clothes. No mattress protectors and mattress was stained. Pillows were very very soft. Larger bedroom was better with 1 double and 2 single beds and hanging rail, but mattress and pillows were the same. No hand towels provided, just 2 medium/large bath towels. A mat was put in front of the toilet but it wasn't none slip so took it up to prevent any falls. Keys don't lock the front door, but we kept them in the lock. Doors squeak and are noisy when being opened. Freezer was badly in need of defrosting, couldn't use it as it is. The bedrooms feel more like hostel accomodaion rather than a comfy place to sleep. Doors were being left to slam shut which kept you awake during the evening. We would NOT return to this apartment due to lack of attention to the cleaning and presentaion of the building. Had we seen some of the more recent reviews, we would have cancelled our stay and looked elsewhere.

Totally disappointing, a pity really view that the place could have a potential. Absolutely not at all value for money,

It’s central position

It was not clean (plenty of dust everywhere, stains of blood due to the too many mosquito (not anti-mosquito equipment supplied); neighbors guests unbelievably noisy, (in the middle of the night between 2 and 4am, moving furniture, screaming, going up and down the stairs and using elevator for a couple of hours while the emergency phone contact provided did not respond at that hour); no cleaning material provided to try to ameliorate the standard ourselves, very old and smelly towels provided.

the place could have been much more inviting

the location is great. the kitchen and living room are nice too.

The prints with commands about how not to behave in the room are not anywhere near hospitality. They seem copy pasted from a prisoners camp. The check in was rushed and also a bit like a quick army drill. The bedrooms lacked any decorations. And there were a lot of mosquitoes. The bloodmarks on the walls indicated that this is more often the case.
