The hotel has a great location, a beautiful beach, and absolutely amazing crystal-clear water. The hotel itself is well designed and thoughtfully laid out. The food was excellent - very tasty, varied, and with plenty of choices.
Unfortunately, the room did not quite match the overall standard of the hotel.
The shower enclosure did not close properly and felt quite loose and unstable.
The air-conditioning thermostat was faulty. It showed temperatures ranging from 17°C to 29°C, while the actual room temperature seemed to stay around 23-24°C. Because of this, we had to manually switch the air conditioning on and off to keep the room comfortable.
The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping. During our 8-night stay, the bed linen was not changed even once. The balcony was dirty when we arrived and remained that way throughout our entire stay - there was dust on the floor, and the glass was dirty with bird droppings and was never cleaned.

Ruined vacation
Ruined vacation 🙁 My wife and I got severe food poisoning after lunch at the hotel restaurant. On these days we had breakfast and lunch at the hotel, so we could only get food poisoning at the hotel.
The reception staff refused to accept an application for compensation for a ruined vacation.
We lived in room 2005 with a pool, the room is located next to the stairs to the main pool and the sea, there are a lot of people vacationing in the hotel and a large number of people constantly walking past our pool was very uncomfortable.
The cost of the room is 2465 euros. We have a ruined vacation for a high price. We don't recommend it.
