Thrllocation was excellent andthe flat has some lovely fearures - old wooden beams etc.
There was a captains bed - 1 metre 7 cm off the ground. No ladder. No surrounding guard. Just a 4 legged stool to clamber on up to a 6 cm wide ledge at 70 cm height and then on to a 30+ cm thick mattress. To anyone over 40 this is very dangerous and we could not sleep there. Effectively we had a studio flat with a very uncomfortable sofa/divan for the price of a one bedroom flat.. My wife slept on cushions on the floor. The owner offered less than a 10% rebate which is far less than the difference between studios and 1 bedroom flats. There was no mention of the bed in the flat's contents to warn people. The picture given was very misleading - as indeed it misled us. The owner was in the Philippines and thus communication was very slow.. This spoiled the first two days of our stay until we adjusted to the reduced circumstances. In addition, the hinge of the cover of the electric cooking top suddenly broke whilst we were cooking and could have causeda severe accident. Luckily there was no boiling water on the stove at the time. The failure to properly vet and advertise the bed lies both with booking.com and with the owner and, of course, no-one takes responsibility
