We were delighted when we came and saw how beautifully decorated, how charming it was, great amenities, and what amazing food, bar, and restaurant it had! We literally had no desire to leave, except for our purpose of going there to see wildflowers at Carrizo Plains National Monument which was about an hour and a half drive away, but we will come here in a heartbeat again!
Is super hard to figure out anything that’s not great about this property. If I had to really be nitpicky, it would be that the restaurant doesn’t serve coffee until it opens at 8:30 AM. However, the chef was there and offered to make us coffee anyways, so you can complain about such exceptional service like that?!

Loved it all. The details make it so special. The vibe is super cute! Food was excellent and the bar a must!
The rooms could use a tiny dresser or even just a shelf to put your clothes on. Had to live out of my suitcase, which was only for a weekend, so manageable, but still would have been nice to take things out.

Interesting concept. The retro feel.
Rooms too small and were overpriced. Aside from hotel not much to do.
