For long distance travel, this is clean comfort at a truck stop just off I5, but you don’t hear the traffic or trucks inside room. Food trucks, Ihop and subway, mini marts within walking distance.

Very clean room. Nice floor - no carpet!
It's a necessary stop on the long, boring I-5. Depressed location; not a good place to go for a walk. lots of litter in area. Basically a truck, stop, but it's all you need to spend one night and hit the road in the morning. I felt safe.
Trashy, littered area around hotel. No good for walking around to stretch your legs.
