Lot of cockroaches and smoke smell in the non smocking room

Kindness of the woman at the reception

I have just arrived at the hotel and would like to cancel my reservation and have a full refund. The rooms are marked as non-smoking and smell of cigarettes and there is mego in the bath and on the toilet paper holder. The rooms have dozens of cockroaches on the floor, on the wall and in the drawers. We also found a half-opened can in one of our drawers. I reported this to reception and the lady was sorry and suggested we look at other rooms. We looked and the rooms were also infested with cockroaches. So she told us to ask for a refund.

It’s a good place, I been their for 4 months already

I reserved the hotel for 2 nights. I couldn't stay the whole night and I didn't stay the 2nd night.

Nothing

The hotel was run down, full of roaches, it smelled terrible, the beds were disgusting and dirty. I can't believe how bad this hotel is.

NOBODY SHOULD EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!

There wasn't anything that I would like, everything was wrong!!!

NOBODY SHOULD EVER GO THERE! This place is seriously disgusting! The room smells like cigarettes, there is even ash and unfinished cigarettes on the carpet, holes from cigarettes on the carpet, sheets, blankets.. Better sleep in the car than there, trust me! I'm traveling for 3 weeks around Arizona, Nevada, California and I didn't see such a nightmare hotel as this one! Somebody should report it to close this place! This place didn't see a cleaning lady for more than a decade..

THIS PLACE WAS SO BAD i WENT RIGHT BACK TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND LEFT! MOLD/DIRT /SMELLY/UGH!!! NO ONE SHOULD STAY THERE. IT MUST BE A HOMELESS MOTEL

Staff was very friendly. They were very helpful always had smiles just overall nice group of women who were all very pleasant.

Housekeeping was not the best. I stayed 5 nights. They only came to clean my room once. As well as it wasn't even done, trash was left next to the trash can.
