Located in Berry, this charming house for $405 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Just a 15 min walk (or 2 min car trip) away from the Berry shopping village is Fleurwood. Nestled on the top of a hill, down an ornamental pear lined driveway, you will find a French inspired property, that‘s quiet and peaceful. The perfect spot to kick back and relax. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. With a freestanding 90cm oven and gas cooktop, microwave, mixmaster, large fridge and dishwasher, you have all you require to cook up a feast to share together at the 12 seater dining table. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!), including oil, salt and pepper, tea, coffee and sugar. The open plan living area features an inviting slow combustion wood fireplace, stylish furniture, with a comfortable relaxing feel. All the required mod cons are also available with flat screen TV, DVD player, ipod docking stereo unit and a reverse cycle air conditioner. The master bedroom features a queen bed, en-suite containing double shower with 2 rain heads, cast iron freestanding bath, and TV. French doors open the bedroom up to the decking area taking in regional views of the Berry dairy country side. The second bedroom has a French themed queen bed and the large third bedroom contains 2 king singles, with single trundles and TV with inbuilt DVD. The main bathroom features a rain head shower and a traditional free standing slipper bath to relax in with the supplied bath salts. The property also has a powder room located just off the living area. With the ample mirror space available this property is perfect for groups attending weddings needing to frock up, or a house full of girls! The deck with outdoor table, BBQ, and deck chairs can easily be accessed from all areas of the house via one of the many French doors. Set up a deck chair read your book and enjoy that glass of wine. Located on a 1 acre block there is plenty of open space for the children to run around, or kick a ball, while you enjoy the view from the large decking area with a magazine and drink in hand. Being on a private road also means the property is quiet and free from passing traffic. Should you be staying for a while the house laundry has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities for your convenience. Fleurwood is the perfect spot to kick back and relax with a glass of red in front of the fire, reading a novel on the deck, or soaking in 1 of the 2 freestanding baths, with Seven Mile beach only a 10 min drive away. Kelly’s property is warm , inviting and spacious . We had all the amenities we needed , would have loved a coffee machine , but the great thing is that the village is an east 3 minute drive. Clean environment and a relaxing view completed the serene getaway from Sydney . Will be back!

A perfect location to stay when in Berry for a family wedding. Fleurwood is very spacious, with everything you could possibly need. High quality inclusions and beautifully decorated. Lots of games and books to read and yummy chocolates to welcome you. Kelly has thought of everything. Highly recommend.

Stayed at Fleurwood over the weekend for a family wedding. Stayed with wife, son and girlfriend as well as 94 year old mother. All on one level. Layout worked well for all. Great open kitchen dining and lounge room as well wood fire which we enjoyed. Handy to Berry. Would certainly recommend.

The property is beautiful, easy enough to find and minutes from the Main Street of Berry. Everything we needed in terms of pots, pans, glassware and crockery. Just be sure to pick if your groceries on the way through. We did a click and collect at Woolies Bomaderry (6 mins away). I really appreciated that the fireplace was set up ready to be lit - great touch!

Just celebrated my friend’s 50th at this beautiful property with 7 ladies staying. This property was perfectly located for morning walks and strolls into Berry for coffee. The house had premium fittings and was beautifully designed. Quality linens and kitchen items. Kelly was easy to communicate with and the check in and check out process was easy. We leave within very fond memories of our stay at Fleurwood!

A very relaxing house to stay in, with all the comforts of home. It is superbly presented with attention to detail and cleanliness. The kitchen is equipped with oodles of crockery and cookware.. The outlook is peaceful with a veggie garden to explore. The location is within a very walkable distance to Berry shops. Our host was so very helpful and accommodating, providing a portacot, and leaving some Easter treats for us. Highly recommend this property to anyone.

Beautifully appointed house with all of the comforts of home and more. The kitchen was so well equipped we even baked a couple of cakes! Communication with Kelly was great. So responsive and thoughtful. Beautiful views, garden and great variety of birds coming to visit as we enjoyed a sunset drink on the deck. Excellent launchpad to all the local attractions and sights. We had the best weekend staying at Fleurwood Berry. Check in was seamless and Kelly kept us informed of everything we needed including breakfast recommendations. Place was clean and tidy and stocked with everything you might need especially if wanted to stay in and cook. Beds and linens were very comfortable and good quality. Fireplace was an amazing bonus especially when you’re there in winter. Highly recommend this place ☺️

Fleurwood was a wonderful place to stay for our Family short break. It is beautifully appointed with great attention paid to all the extras such as kitchen equipment, condiments etc. The welcome bag of treats was a lovely surprise. We also appreciated The Owners flexibility and kindness shown with our booking due to the Greater Sydney lockdown of 2021. We hope to visit again and will be recommending Fleurwood to our Family and Friends.
