About this condo rental
Nestled in Long Branch, this charming condo for $325 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Ground floor apartment of a newly constructed home, quiet residential location, one-way street with walking distance to Pier Village, restaurants, shopping, boardwalk and half a block from Seven President's beach. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath. Includes washer/dryer. Use of outdoor grill and outdoor shower. Includes 4 beach passes during beach season May - September. Coded entry. Please enter through gate on right side of house and follow towards back of house for front entrance. Entrance is not green door. On street parking available outside of apartment from October 1st through April 30th no parking permit needed. One spot in the driveway provided from May 1st through September 30th for resident permit parking season. Please park on left side of driveway if looking at the house.

This unit had everything you need for a relaxing stay in Long Branch or Seven Presidents Park. The unit was well maintained, and anything out of sorts was relayed to the owner for review immediately. Inside the unit, tvs were newer , and you need to bring your own streaming or use the Roku Live Channels. A newer refrigerator/freezer unit will keep all your food and goodies cold, and the A/C was super chill, too. Although we didn’t use the beach amenities, the owner does provide chairs, beach tags, an umbrella and outside shower. Beds were adequate and plenty of storage for your clothes. If you have a bad time here, it’s your own fault!

The location and condition of the rental were perfect for what we were looking for. It was a nice neighborhood, easy walk to the beach. The rental unit was very clean and the owner was really easy to work with. I would definatly stay there again.

This was the perfect place for my teens and I to spend memorial day weekend. The one-way street keeps traffic away and it’s literally steps to the beach. Beautiful homes surround this spot and we loved the place. Wish we could rent it out all summer. Our 4 pound dog was with us and she had a great time too. Thank you for your hospitality and it was definitely an affordable price.

The rental was extremely clean and we enjoyed our visit. The kids bedroom was nice and dark at night which was great for our infant. We had some communication with the the host/owner over an issue with the lock on the front door and they were easy to reach and quick to respond. We liked this place and would stay again.

I was only there for a couple of days but the apartment was beautiful as well as the neighborhood and the beach was one minute away so it really was a great refresher. They really make you feel at home and the place was so clean and had everything I needed for a quick getaway. Highly recommended

Great location, beautiful property! We enjoyed walking to the beach and got lucky with some warm temps in October. We attended a wedding at Ocean Place Resort and it was an easy and enjoyable walk on the beachfront walkway to get there. The owners were very kind and hospitable. The unit itself was great and had everything we needed! The outdoor shower was a nice perk and the outdoor deck space was very nice too.

We had the most perfect stay at this property. Five stars all around. We really enjoyed the location as we could easily walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. A perfectly clean and comfortable spot for our vacation. Would definitely stay again!

What a lovely apartment! Clean and pretty, with a great private deck space out back where you can drink coffee and hang your beach clothes, and featuring a beautiful outdoor shower to wash all the sand off. You're a tenth of a mile from the boardwalk and the beach (the apartment came with Long Branch beach passes, which is a great touch! We didn't explore other beaches farther down the boardwalk, but there are many), and a 15-minute walk to Pier Village, with tons of shops and restaurants as well as a carousel and other boardwalk fun for kids. I would absolutely return here, and we made some great memories.

Very clean place. As advertised on the listing. Half block to the beach, outside area/grill and shower was great! Lots of good options in Pier Village, local grocery shopping and highly rated restaurants all walking distance. Loved the short walk to the Italian ice place as well. Highly recommend.

Clean and Cute!!!
My girls and I were here for a dance competition that was at a hotel a few blocks away. This apartment was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean, updated appliances and decor, comfortable beds, quiet and had everything we needed. Loved the back little deck to sit on in the morning and it was very close walk to the beach entrance which was great! I highly recommend this little gem that we were very lucky to have found in Long Branch and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!!!

This property was very accurate to description it had every amentidy we needed for a long weekend, it was very clean, my only critique would be the lighting in the living area was very bright and no way to dim it, my suggestion would be a dimmer switch or perhaps a lamp in living room. Other then that it was a great property.

Perfect is an understatement, steps from the ocean this place is the ideal size and has an amazing location. Will definitely come back when I visit family in NJ.
