Very good

The place is very cosy, with comfortable bed and facilities, the host was hospitable and helpful, and the location was at a central but quiet spot.

We never had the room cleaned during out stay, and we stayed for 5 nights.

Super centrally located apartment, very clean and has everything needed for a great stay

We stayed in the ground floor apartment, all was very smart, nothing to complain about and a really brilliant location in the old town very close to the old harbour. The place is quite small but it was fine for our weeks stay. Nice courtyard outside, local supermarket very close lots of bars around both in the old and moving to the newer part of town. The air conditioning was brilliant and kept everything cool so we could sleep soundly all night and well in to the following morning. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property for a stay in Chania which itself is a lovely seaside town with great things to see and do.

We were not so keen on the glass door to the bathroom, whats wrong with a sound wooden door that just gives you a bit more privacy? Other than that- nothing to fault.

Great location but not as cozy as expected

Great location Parking next to the apartment (extra booking required)

When we entered the apartment the floor was obviously dirty. This makes you take a closer look at everything and a couple of things were not well cleaned. We told the owner who made a cleaning person come the next day to fix it. Nevertheless that was a cumbersome start. Also, my first shower was a cold one because we had to contact the owner to figure out how to switch on the hit water. We had to tip a switch in the fuse box. Same thing for cooking and getting the stove started. Also, I personally would not recommend the ground floor apartment in March. There is a heating, but somehow the humidity and temperature did not feel comfortable for us and we would not want to use this type of heater all the time.

Superb

The suite was very comfortable and it has a very good location near from the old town, 10 minutes walking from the bus station. It has everything you will need in a stay.

The hot water was not functioning so far, but you can get to use the temperature water.

Exceptional

Stayed in ground floor apartment for 5 days. Many thanks to Dimitris for early check-in at 8 am! Clean, warm, comfortable, has everything you need, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need! Fruits, tea, coffee, bread, butter, juice, water in the refrigerator. Very soft mattress, pillows and a warm blanket! There are two air conditioners for heating, it was warm. Dimitris was always in touch, thank you for the wonderful apartments, for your care and attention!

Very good

we did self-check-in and it went very smoothly. The apartment is located very close to the city center and it was easy to find free parking nearby (November - it might not be as easy during the summer months). The apartment is very well equipped and has everything it is needed for a great holiday.

being on the ground floor surrounded by other buildings, the apartment doesn't have a lot of light, but there is a small terrace outside with a lot of light.

Perfect place to enjoy Chania!

Above all the nicest things already were mentioned, we loved the design and the room comfort. Almost everything is thoroughly thought out. It smells very well, fresh and new. I loved the room temperature, it was really warm. We were in November and it can be really cold and clammy inside, but it seems like the house is really good isolated, so we did not even needed to use heater or a/c, although we opened the windows in the bedroom at night. The Host is just the best and very helpful! Dimitris answered immediately all the sms and was so kind to prolong our stay as I messed up the flight timetable.

Just one thing, that did not really bother us. The bathroom is a bit too narrow to use it together and few times there was a lack of hot water..

This property was perfectly located in Chania. It was 5 minutes minutes from the Harbor and very close to old town. The court yard was very nice!

There was a creaky bed at first, but Dimitris sent someone over right away to fix it.

great accommodation in a top location

Evlimeni is in a great location and everything in Chania town is very accessible. The suite was nice and clean and is in a wonderful building with a nice courtyard. Dimitris was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations for tavernas.

Superb

Great location, less than 5 min walk to the Old town port. You can also rent their parking spot (for some extra charge) which saves a lot of time and hassle. We arrived with an early flight so it was much appreciated the the host agreed to accommodate us 2 hours earlier. The communication was also smooth and easy, via booking messages. The apartment is nicely furnished, all new and modern. It consists of a bedroom, living room and bathroom on the first floor and then a small space with a single bed leading to a lovely terrace on the second.

It is not really a good idea for 3 people since the person on the second floor lacks any privacy as there is no door. A spiral staircase with no handrail leads to the second floor which is a beautiful interior design but our 13 year old almost fell on two separate occasions.

Just a short walk (300 m ) and you are in the middle of the old town. There is also little supermarket down the road as well as a laundromat which was great.

A perfectly clean and well equipped apartment in an ideal location for visiting Chania

By far the best accommodation we have stayed in for a long time. Extremely clean (credit the to the cleaner) and was cleaned again midway through our stay. The location was perfect, a very short walk from the old town and in close proximity to many shops, restaurants and bars. also right next to the Minoan excavations. Has a lovely roof terrace which was perfect for breakfast. sun bathing or escaping the hottest part of the day. Quietest air con unit I have ever known which made it very easy and comfortable to sleep despite the hot temperature outside. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and far better than anything I would expect. slept very throughout our stay. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need - even if you wanted to cook a meal. Good sized fridge freezer. Stylish clean bathroom with an excellent shower. The host was very helpful and responsive when we contacted them beforehand to arrange airport transfers and also whilst we were there to arrange transport for a day out. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Chania.

The stairs up to the roof terrace are open so. Igbo be challenging for less mobile people or those with children.

Stunning location with city views and quiet setting.

Chaniá has lodging everywhere and it can be daunting to navigate in which part of the old center to book your stay. Evlimeni Suites is in a dead-end side street of Kanevaro which is just below the Kastelli elevated part of town. It’s also about 2 minutes from the harbour. Former archaeological excavation sites dot Kanevaro street, showing apartments from about 3,000 years earlier! We stayed in the upper level suite that features the roof terrace. It’s impossible not to like this feature of the apartment: it’s breezy, there are impressive views of the complex tapestry of roofs in the city, with the Cretan mountains in the background. The apartment has one sizable dedicated bedroom, and the second sleeping space is on the landing at the roof level. There’s also a sleeper sofa. Fully-functioning AC and good blinders at the windows. The bathroom is spotless and the shower is wonderful. Around the building there are little terraces tucked away under banana trees and Bougainville bushes, alongside a ruined building that backs into the Byzantine city walls. Sitting outside you might get startled at times by a dropping lemon that will be the size of grapefruits and smell ridiculously aromatic. I stayed here with my two teenage children for which is was very suitable. They loved the small gang of cats that are the permanent residents around the side street. Dimitris is a very responsive host and helped with transport as well.

There’s really nothing much not to like. The only thing I would say is that the bed on the landing is somewhat smaller and if people sleep there, it makes it tricky to access the terrace and not wake them, but that’s really a detail more than an inconvenience.

Great location in a wonderful city

The location, though a bit challenging to get to initially, makes it super easy to explore Chania. The outdoor space is nice - as is the interior.

The sounds echo significantly for the person sleeping upstairs

Very good

We specifically liked the comfortable bed and cleanliness as much as the roof terrace. The location was excellent with an easy walk to everything. A hot shower with good pressure made our stay a good experience.

The communication with the host could have been a little better. Even though the bedroom was private, the next door neighbor had their balcony right next to it and it was a bit noisy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The location was superb, close to the city center, only couple of minutes walk to the old harbour. Even the location was in the center the aparment was silent, no noice from the cars or restaurants. Many shops and bakeries nearby. Car parking possibility with extra fee. Lovely roof top terrace with local cats that came to say hello 🐱

Superb

We really loved almost everything. Dimitris is such a kind and helpful person, so willing to help and give information. The flat is stylishly designed, very comfortable, with good air-conditioning and super quiet but central location. we loved it!

In general we felt that it is more suitable for a couple without a child. the bathroom is inside the bedroom, what makes it difficult to use when the baby is sleeping.

Impressive apartment in a perfect location. I stayed for 20 days and was provided with fresh towels and bed sheets every 5 days. Breakfast for 2 days was provided as well! Great place!

Great apartment in excellent location.

The location was perfect, very close to the Venetian port. We especially liked the roof terrace. The apartment was very well furnished and was very clean.
