The excellent choice in the kitchen, from cereal , bread, eggs, milk, tea 's & coffees. It was clean through out. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.

Location is just a few minutes walk towards the bus which takes you to the towncentre. From there you can do anything (Tip:buy a day ticket!!) by bus. The room itself was good enough. Sleot better then i thought even though we were sleeping in the room downstairs at the front. Kitchen and breakfast has all the facilities you want.

One toilet for a lot of people... Other then that little thing i cannot think of anything bad.

the accommodation is a terraced house converted to five bedrooms and if you wanted a cooked breakfast you had to cook it yourself

Cosy room. Kitchen was great with everything available for breakfast.

The shower was either freezing or too hot. Needs looking at in larger bathroom.

The place was very clean and the host was very accommodating to our last minute needs at such a reasonable rate. Even though the bathrooms were shared, they were extremely clean and had all the necessary toiletries. The rooms were very comfortable and warm. The host kept the pantry well stalked for anyone who wanted to make a meal while there. Even the location was well accessible from the city. Overall it was a brilliant stay.

Breakfast and cooking facilities are catered for here plenty of selection and a complimentary fridge for guests is a nice touch David tries to make guests feel more than welcome as i found upon meeting him in person at the property.

I rarely complain about things i believe this property has everything it needs under one roof.

The pictures Def make the place look better than is. For example, the floors up the stairs are very uneven underfoot. The wall paper and paint needs finished. The door all need some work. As we went into the accommodation, there was used toilet paper outside pavement so not nicest area BUT. The place itself was clean, good communication, easy to get into, close to central so could walk in no issue, easy to get cab back to as well. WiFi, TV and b.fast facilities. Just need a bit of touch up.

The host was kind to accommodate us for an early check in. He also gave us some tips for what to do, what to see and a shared a bit about the local history!

David was an absolute wonderful host. The villa itself is located close to the city centre and had plenty of amenities in close proximity. Property kept to a high standard and clearly cared for. Priced low but quality service & experience. Will be back 100%. Cheers!

Location, good communication and check in system

The noise of the neighbours made it impossible to sleep. The "free parking" is the residential road that the property is situated on, so you may be taking up residents' parking spaces. The rooms are seriously outdated with wallpaper bubbling off the wall, the dark carpets and furniture give a grim feeling that the hygiene is worse than it actually is. Our room was clean but the decor didn't make it feel that way. We didn't actually stay overnight because of the conditions, we drove 2 hours home at 1am instead.

The blankets shed so much, perhaps use cotton cause that was like sleeping with my shedding cat. Fan made so much noise I had to stop using it but it was so cold.

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of cereals available. Good kitchen facilities. Perhaps could do with a plug in the kitchen sink to save water.

Some of the doors to the rooms could do with a little WD40 as they are squeaky.

Nice guest house not too far from center of town. It was a great price for the area and a very quiet residential street. The kitchen is well stocked for you to make your own hot breakfast or other meals.

There's only two bathrooms for 5 or 6(?) Rooms so we spent quite a few times holding it for a while while we waited for the bathroom to be free. Our room was pretty small and on the second floor. There is one room on the ground floor, but the bathrooms are on the second, so in that regard, it would not be accessible if you weren't able to do stairs. Also the walls are pretty thin so we could hear a lot of our neighbors fights.
