La casa genial, para 11 personas como estubimos 2 baños es algo justo pero simplemente organizandose listo.La unica pega, el suelo es de madera y en el dormitorio de abajo se notaba mucho ruido cuando en la habitacion de ariba se movia alguienPero sitio muy tranquilo, con buenas vistas, y cerca de un pueblo con todo.

Somos 2 matrimonios, uno de ellos con 5 hijos y el otro con dos niños. Tamaño de la casa: La casa en ningún momento se quedó pequeña, en la planta superior los dormitorios, menos uno que se encuentra en la planta baja, eso nos vino bien ya que durante la estancia nos visitó un familiar con discapacidad y puedo acomodarse en la habitación de la planta baja (cama de matrimonio).Trato: Nos pareció en general un trato correcto con el propietario. Normal. Le vimos en la entrada y salida de la casa y nos atendió al teléfono cuando surgió alguna duda con el lavavajillas y el televisor.Instalaciones: Muy bien, no estás en tu casa con tus cosas, pero se está muy a gusto. Dispone de todo, la cocina es mejor que la de mi casa y el salón es una PASADA, tiene hasta un balcón, bien grande, por donde se accede a las habitaciones. El salón es el lugar ideal para la sobremesa, una tarde de juegos de mesa, etc. La mesa es muy cómoda entran perfectamente 12 personas, dispone de un banco, parece de una iglesia. La calefacción, adecuada, la poníamos por la noche, ya que refrescaba y calentaba la casa muy rápido.Localización: Nos parecido genial, ya que desde la casa, que está en un alto, se observa el pueblo, e incluso la playa si está despejado. Habrá 15 minutos en coche desde la casa a la playa de Isla y demás. La terraza, debido a su localización y la tarde está buena, es un lugar adecuado para jugar con los niños.Opinión general: La casa merece la pena, por las instalaciones, así como por la ubicación. La casa está aislada de otras casas por lo que la tranquilidad es máxima, no hay ruido de coches, ni vecinos.Precio: Nos pareció adecuado, dada la capacidad de la casa 11 personas.Sin duda la recomendaría a un amigo.

About this cottage rental

La Casa del Acebal is located in the town of Solórzano, capital of the municipality of the same name located in eastern Cantabria.

House recently renovated in stone and noble woods where simplicity and good taste make it the ideal accommodation to enjoy a pleasant stay.

Located in a very quiet environment surrounded by meadows, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape of the place, as well as the nearby beaches, in addition to numerous activities in the middle of nature, caving more interest given the numerous cavities existing in the municipality.

Features of the house:
House of 140 m² (up to 11 people) with: 4 rooms with two beds, a room with double bed, full kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave ...), 2 full bathrooms, living room with television and DVD; fireplace, heating, porch and terrace, barbecue, parking, magnificent views. Located in a very quiet area.
