Great location
Initially when we got to the room it was not clean and some basic necessities were missing however they have reacted quickly and resolved it.

Not enough selection of hot and cold buffet breakfast.
Good location and easy access to public transport, walking distance to some touristic places.
Domestic lady was very polite and helpful
Insects (cockroaches) in the bathroom. The bathroom was cleaned but the presence of cockroaches was a big disappointment.
The concierge staff wanted money for taking suitcases to the room. I would have given them the money without asking but felt it was a bit pushy
