Location is great.
This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. When we checked in and received our keys, the room hadn’t been cleaned and we had to wait an hour before it was ready. The receptionist should be more welcoming — she appeared sad, stressed, and not very approachable. Overall, the customer service felt a bit rude and unprofessional.
