The cleanliness, the facility of parking, the beautiful room and shower room. The marvellous breakfast buffet run by Khalid who is amazing.
The pool. It’s not a pool. It’s a pond of 2m on 4,5m with the deepest at 1m30. So impossible to swim or even really move.
The staff : from amazing to really disappointing. The Vibe bar at the pool is the worst. The breakfast staff is fantastic. At the reception it depends on: 2 really great and customer friendly, 2 really the worst you can imagine. I had the feeling to disturb her by asking a question.

The property was very nice and very clean
The staff were arguing in front of customers. The guy on the front desk writing was atrocious.
