Situated in Sand Hill Cove, this lovely house for $500 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Deck overlooking spectacular ocean views. Private pathway to beach on property. Many amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, blender, washer and dryer, and outdoor shower. Three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a twin bed. All bedrooms newly painted with new mattresses and furniture. Guests bring sheets and towels. Parking for 3 cars. Steps to Roger Wheeler State Beach. Less than 5 minutes to Block Island Ferry and Scarborough State Beach. Newport only 20 minutes away.

We had a wonderful stay. The beach was so close to the cottage! Neighbors were friendly and quiet. The cottage itself was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed!

My family and I enjoyed each and every day of our week at the cottage. The house was very clean and had all of the modern amenities. The ocean view and easy beach access is great for kids of all ages. We can't wait to come back next summer!
