Superb

Location was excellent right in the centre of Gran Tarajal adjacent to shops and the beach. Gran Tarajal is a very Spanish town with little tourist directed attaractions which suited us fine but wouldn't be for everyone.

The local contact supplied photos of the property which were frankly confusing. The photo showing the entrance was of the correct building but a considerable distance from the actual entrance.

Exceptional

The location of this is apartment is really good. ‘40 minutes from the airport, 1 minutes from the ocean, and you can find Hiperdino, Eurospar and 24h shops also in some hundred meters. The size of the apartment is perfect for a family (we were 3 with a 6 yrs old girl), the bads are comfortable, the apartment was well cleaned. The communication and the chech in/check out was simple and fast.

IF it could be a little more equipment in the kitchen, it would be great but it is just a small advice, we can do everything what we want finally.

Great place to start our holiday.

Centrally located in Gran Tarajal within walking distance of the beach & restaurants & supermarkets. Property (2B) was spacious & light with a view of the beach. Additional outside space for sunbathing on the shared solarium. No parking with the property but plenty available for free in the immediate vicinity. Plenty of hot water whenever required & good shower. There was a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher & washing machine

The only little niggle was lack of kitchen equipment - no sharp knife, no plug or washing up bowl & no oven gloves & no basic cooking ingredients eg salt, pepper, oil, spices, sugar,coffee, tea etc

Exceptional

The apartment is in an excellent location in the town centre, near the beach and close to market and some restaurants. There are many free public parking lots near the apartment. The apartment is big enough and the kitchen is well equipped. Here is a balcony with a sea view, which is not big enough for a family of four. But it is big enough for two people to drink a glass of wine in the evening. The host is very friendly and always available. And most importantly for us, the apartment was clean with enough fresh towels for the whole week. Definitely recommend it.

unfortunately, the entrance corridor downstairs smells terribly of septic tanks and this stench spreads throughout the building. it's awful and ruined my stay. really do something about it. probably even describe it in the reviews on booking.com.

It was very clean and new furniture, helpful host.In general small , friendly town, close to the supermarket, bus station, shops and restaurant, obviously beach.I like the sunset in this area, local people and restaurant.The beach has black sand and it is quite small, so it isn't busy.Cheaper than in eg.Costa Calma, but in Costa Calma is amazing beach and the colour of the ocean.Up to You then :)

It was noisy, because of the festival ( 29.12.22- 3.1.22 ) and cafe downstaris.

Great location, well fitted out apartment, good shops and restaurants very close by. No problems parking the rental. A nice beach that was not at all crowded.

excellent location, rich amenities indoors, especially kitchen (full stack of everything, including dishwasher and microwave), plenty of space and reasonable ikea solutions

rather frequent buzz and noise from street below at night internet connection - even if it shows a strong signal, you might consider buying local mobile internet solution (router and sim card) as a backup, which we had to do

It's really nice, comfortable apt. Location is perfect.

Municipal beach is closed but it's not a problem as you've Sotavento nearby. It's a bit noisy in the evenings outside.

The best place to explore the island.

Nicely decorated interior, comfortable sofa and beds. Well equipped kitchen, friendly person taking care of the flat. Location close to the town centre and close to the small beach. Not far away two large grocery shops. A well soundproofed room and curtains that protect well from light.

We really missed having a washing machine in the flat, or at least throughout the property. The kitchen was a bit uncomfortable to use. The furniture on the balcony was not comfortable, making it uncomfortable to eat there, the view from the window to the building opposite and to the inner terrace.

Very nice appartment on beautiful island

Everything was perfect, really. Superclean appartment, well furnished, at very good position, a lot of possibilities for parking car.

The appartment is located in the city center and in the morning there was sometime rumor from the street - aropund 7.30 a.m. Evening´s rumor was no problem for us - was expected.

Perfect apartment, perfect port town

Very nice and cozy place! Perfect location and ocean view! Best! Ideal if you are looking for calm and typical spanish town, no hotels, no tourists. Perfect black beach, sand, no rocks in the water. And no wind!!

No washing machine. There is big dishwasher but washing machine would be so much useful :)

Very good

Very well equipped apartment. Good renovation and furniture. There are all the necessary equipment.

Very bad Internet. Practically does not work during the day, very slow speed at night. Terribly noisy. All windows overlook the square where young people like to hang out at night. Get ready for loud music, laughter and screams until 3-4 o'clock in the morning. It's even worse on weekends. And when you fall asleep - at 6.30 in the morning, the protective iron shutters in the cafe on the first floor rise with a terrible creak. And then the worker starts dragging iron furniture across the floor. Good morning! And so - every day.

Superb

We had a great time at Viviendas Vacacionales Amanay place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Very good

This is a well equipped little apartment right next to the beach and local restaurants. Gran Tarajal is not a tourist resort and it's a great location to get away from all the typical resort trappings.

There was no sea view from the apartment but the view from the roof terrace made up for this.
