About this condo rental

Situated in Rovinj, this lovely condo for $156 per night is a great option for your next trip. MONDELACO Three-Bedroom Holiday Houseis located in 35minutes walking distance from town centre and in 15 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size of the apartment is 80 m2 and balcony is 3 m2. The apartment is located on the raised floor (mezzanine). The accommodation has one air conditioner. Air conditioning is located in the living room. In the courtyard of the house there is also a big terrace of 25 m2 and a roofed tavern of 10 m2. The tavern offer a possibility of using the BBQ and the outdoor dining area. It is possible to rent bikes for 10 €/day. Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house. BED DESCRIPTION: 2 big double beds + 2 single beds MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 person CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bed. PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 5€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception. ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: Check-in: 16:00 - 22:00 Check-out: 06:00 - 10:00 DISTANCES: Beach: 1.100 m Town centre: 2.800 m Grocery shop: 1.600 m Restaurant: 1.100 m Bus station: 3.200 m Airport: 35.000 m Accommodation is situated in Rovinj - small romantic town on the west coast of the Istrian Peninsula. Crowded with colourful houses, narrow streets, small squares and many art galleries. It is one of the most 'photogenic' towns in the Mediterranean. It was once a fishing town and today is one of the most popular and most developed tourist resorts in Croatia.

Lovely private place with a friendly host. 10min away from the old town by car or taxi (~20 EUR). Clean and as described. Great value for money too - we went during the salsa festival and the price was very reasonable!

Wir (Familie 2 Erwachsene mit 2 grossen Kindern) hatten einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Apartment ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es lag etwas ausserhalb vom Tourismus, aber zugleich auch zentral. Einkaufen, Strand, Essen alles schnell erreichbar mit Auto oder zu Fuß. Wir hatten viel Platz. Es war an Ausstattung alles vorhanden. Der Grillbereich wurde oft und gerne genutzt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden gut versorgt mit Feigen und Tomaten. Sie wohnten direkt an der Unterkunft, aber uns hat es sehr gefallen. Überhaupt nicht aufdringlich oder lästig. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm. Beide sprechen gut Deutsch. So konnten wir auch vieles erfragen und erfahren. Fazit: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder.

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern, sauber und geräumig, alles wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben und zu sehen ,wir waren sehr zufrieden ,auch die Außenterrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit war schön ,wenn man Laufen mag ,ist man in 15 Minuten am Strand oder mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten, die Gastgeber waren total nett und gastfreundlich, gerne kommen wir wieder
