Eravamo in viaggio di nozze, tutto è andato bene all'apparenza, ma dopo un mese ci hanno riaddebitato sulla carta di credito l'importo pagato per intero.
Uno fa sacrifici per andare in vacanza e poi viene truffato così.
Mi dispiace molto questo.
Essere truffati così beceramente. E pensare che abbiamo anche lasciato una buona mancia all'hotel.

Gute Lage in der Altstadt von Luang Prabang. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock, der Zugang erfolgt über eine Galerie. Zimmer ist ok, ebenso die Betten. Das Frühstück wird zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt auf der Galerie serviert, kein Buffet!
Bei unserer Ankunft war die Rezeption verweist. Nach kurzer Zeit meldete sich eine Stimme über ein Funkgerät und es kam bald darauf ein junger Mann. Wir schleppten unsere Koffer über eine schmale, steile Treppe in den ersten Stock und nach einigen kurzen Informationen bezogen wir das Zimmer. Beim Duschen die erste Überraschung: Der Ablauf war überfordert und setzte das Badezimmer unter Wasser. Frühstück auf der Galerie, was serviert wird ist Zufall. Am späteren Nachmittag zurück ins Hotel, zweite Überraschung: Das Zimmer ist nicht gemacht. Auch ist das Frühstücksgeschirr noch nicht abgeräumt. Auf meine Reklamation hin erhielt ich von einer gelangweilten Angestellten die Antwort, dass man halt den Zimmerschlüssel hinterlegen muss. Das sollte einem halt auch gesagt werden. Die dritte Überraschung erfolgte beim Auschecken: Die Angestellte verlangte Barzahlung in US-Dollars, obwohl grundsätzlich ja Kartenzahlung akzeptiert wird. Anscheinend funktioniert das Kartenlesegerät nicht. Die Angestellte konnte mir nicht helfen. Mein Kontakt mit dem Inhaber erfolgte telefonisch - nein wir haben diesen angeblich so netten und hilfsbereiten Herren nie gesehen - und nach einigem Hin und Her fanden wir eine einigermassen befriedigende Lösung. Fazit: NIe wieder!

Nicely decorated colonial style guesthouse. Since it is in second row to the street, it is more quiet. Location is good, in historic district in walking distance to cafés, restaurants and temples, yet not close to nightlife so rather calm surroundings. Bed was ok, not too hard. Friendly owner. They also can arrange tours and transfers. Breakfast is served on own terrace. We would have preferred a room upstairs but the twin rooms are located on the ground floor. We were offered to change to a triple room upstairs after half of our stay which was nice,
but we didn't want to pack and unpack again so we stayed.
The drain in the bathroom smelt bad so you needed to keep the bathroom door constantly shut. There is no window in the bathroom just mosquito net and shutters which you could not open so the bathroom does not get natural light and you can hear everything that is done behind the house, mainly washing. Also the room is quiet dark and for privacy you need to close the shutters otherwise everyone passing the room can look inside. The floors are wooden which means you can hear everything from the room above you, especially people walking. Since the property is located in second row to the street, there is no river view from the rooms. Breakfast options for vegans were very limited and the bread was not crispy. But since you eat at your own terrace you can easily bring food from outside.

Vraiment!!! Allez y les yeux fermés ! Hotel magnifique avec un personnel à tomber!! Nous sommes tombés sur Xu (ou Ky) de la réception! Franchement la personne la plus adorable qui soit!! Il nous a aidé à programmer notre séjour en nous donnant les meilleurs plans et meilleures astuces! Rien que de tomber sur cette personne, vous pouvez vous dire que vous allez adorer la ville!! Foncez et ne vous poser pas de questions, car super rapport qualité prix ! Chambre nickel ! Rien à dire !!!

This was a last minute choice when our originally booked hotel cancelled on us three days prior to arrival - but we’re so glad they did, because we loved this place. Great location - close to the Namkhan River, but not noisy. Short walk into town and the night markets. Plenty of food and drink options around. Big, airy room with both fan and air conditioner. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Multiple choices for breakfast.

Really nice guest house very close to Alms giving in the morning and between both rivers, walking distance to Wats, Palace, Mount Phousi and night market. Very helpful staff who will organise trips to waterfall or slow boat.
The breakfast was very western. Would have been nice to have Laos style food.

Facilities in the room is very good, well-furniture
The staff, I asked them to help me to check-in, but when I came, they closed door, turned off the light, and the guy who stayed there was drunk. I asked him that I have to leave very early in the morning, but he could not understand what I said. Then, I had to leave by myself, opened the door and closed it by myself. Furthermore, no welcome drink as mentioned, send me bad word when I confirmed that I did stay. When I used google translate by image, I was totally shocked about the way they told to me. I am your customer, I need to be respected not the way you acted. And I do hope that, Booking will always protect us in this case, PLEASE do not ask your customer to cancel the Booking to avoid paying fee for Booking. Last but not least, this hotel need a professional host to run.

Lovely hotel .
+ Very nice welcoming staff! We also got a welcome drink with some fresh fruits which was lovely after a long trip from thailand. We only stayed for one night, the bed was perfect: very big and soft to sleep on. Bedding and bathroom were clean, so that was also nice. We would have stayed longer if our travel plans would have allowed it.

Mal servicio. . Pagamos 3 habitaciones dobles y durante dos dias solo hubo 2 jovenes q nos trajeron el desayuno. Estabamos con el hotel abierto y sin nadie más durante dia y noche.
No limpiaron y ya estaba sucio y tampoco nos pusieron agua.

Good location in the heritage centre - and relatively inexpensive for that location. Quiet. Good supply of hot water in the bathroom.
Bathroom, which was spacious, could have been better set up: e.g., bigger shower stall (remove the unstable, unconnected bathtub). Seal the leaks, so that water does not flood all over the floor - with nothing to mop it up. No light over the sink - and, indeed, the bathroom was dimly lit - so difficult to shave, etc. Few places to hang clothes, etc. Could have used a desk r table, instead of an ill-fitting couch in a small room. Staff were seldom to be seen.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Water, water cooker and coffee freely in the room available. Bathroom was nice with a shower cabine and in my case hot tub. One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was so delicious i decided to book a day extra. Employees are very friendly and hospitable, helpful and up for a chat.

Some people may choose a place closer to the center but i didn’t mind. Acc is close to one of the main temples and only a 10 minute walk away from the night market

This hotel is reopening , but everything was perfect Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. We absolutely surprised about the breakfast: main dish, coffee, smoothie, big dish of fruit, bread and coconut jelly, so lovely , big room with large bed The staff so super nice and helpful, they always help us to do something while we staying here Highly recommended for anyone else who wants to go to Luangprabang and we make sure come back for next time. there are monks wat near and at 4 am they beat the drums.
The guy at reception who speaks English can help you for free and another one with bad english will help you too but will try to add extra payment to anything. It is so weird. I paid like $300 for staying and you try to hit me up for two bucks

This is a really nice, comfortable hotel. Good facilities and bathroom, staff were very friendly and helpful (I stayed an extra 5 days and borrowed a motorbike with no issues). Great location and quiet

This is a basic guest house, not expensive and "doing the job".
Bedroom is quite comfortable overall.
Breakfast is simple but ok, served on the little terrace in front of your bedroom.
The room was quite dusty and dark.
There is no real outside comfortable space (like a garden) to chill.

We loved the large spacious room and large bathroom with a bath. All facilities worked very well. the location was great with 3 routes to walk to night market via 1 of 2 river routes or through town.
The staff were friendly and helpful, helping us with our onward plans.
Great hotel and no hesitation in returning during our Laos trip.
