Posizione ottima per la mia destinazione quotidiana (fiera al Gazometro)
Stanza è stata ristrutturata recentemente, ben pulita e ben illuminata.
Arredi funzionali (suggerisco solo di cambiare gli appendini di legno presenti perchè si impuntano nelle fodere con il rischio concreto di rovinarle).
Il primo giorno il frigo ha due bottiglie d'acqua fresca.
Il bagno è molto bello, completo di prodotti e asciugacapelli.
TV: grande e orientabile, peccato l'assenza del wifi (guasto) che ne ha pregiudicato l'utilità.
ATTENZIONE: Il DAMIVA non è un hotel!
Alloggia clienti in stanze di appartamenti riadattati due diversi edifici.
Diversamente dalle proposte alberghiere, quindi, per la colazione si deve andare in un bar lì vicino consegnando un bigliettino.
Purtroppo questo dà diritto solo ad un cappuccino e una brioche, niente di salato, yogurt, succhi, ...e nemmeno la possibilità di doppio giro o altre integrazioni.
Inoltre alla Domenica il bar convenzionato è chiuso!
Questo aspetto non mi è piaciuto: il doversi vestire ed uscire fare una colazione minimale per poi rientrare per sistemarsi prima di uscire è per me una discreta scomodità.
NOTA:
Poichè non mi era stato comunicato anticipatamente il bar alternativo, Domenica ho provveduto autonomamente.
Una volta segnalato il problema, non mi è stato proposto il rimborso per la colazione non goduta.
E non è per i tre euro, ma i due della marca da bollo per la ricevuta mi sono stati chiesti tempestivamente...

The room and bathroom was clean and neat. The property is close to a bus stop and easy to get into the city Center. Our host, Ivan was extremely friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

1. We easily communicated with the owner via WhatsApp; room and bathroom were clean.
2. Breakfast was provided by the owner at a local bar across the street and it was ok.
3. Apartment well positioned, good neighborhood.
1. I would like to clarify, since it was not mentioned on the description, that this is a 3 bedroom apartment. Therefore, without knowing, we actually rented one of these 3 rooms.
2. Since there are 2 bedrooms rented (3rd one being occupied by the owner), after our first night there, we sent a message to the owner mentioning that people from the other room were noisy on the night before: at 1 PM they were on the kitchen doing dishes and being noisy.
3. 10 minutes after sending this message to the owner, our reservation was cancelled, without being told anything and we noticed this by mistake on the Booking app when we checked out on our 4th day.
4. When we asked the owner about this, said that it was by mistake, by I hardly believe in this kind of coincidence.
