About this house rental
Perfectly located just outside the city limits of Phoenix, OR, The Little Farmhouse is a 15 minute drive from many southern Oregon destination cities including Jacksonville, Medford and Ashland! Begin you're day in our modern farmhouse watching the sunrise on our front porch swing prior to a days adventure in the Applegate wine country or a trip to shops and the nationally acclaimed Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland. Wind down by catching dinner and a Britt Festival show in historic Jacksonville or by relaxing on our huge back patio with dinner on the BBQ, a glass of wine and good conversation around our gas fire pit. If the mood strikes you, we'd encourage you and your guests to stroll along our 20-acre working farm enjoying the history of our 100+ year old pole barn, our large deck around a 130 year old english walnut tree, green lawns, walking paths and our fields planted with over 40 varieties of pumpkins!

This is one of the best verbo reservations yet I’ve ever tried so far, one of the fastest communication,ever rule was listed down and beautiful property I’d highly recommend planning my trips here every time I come on by.

Quiet life in the country yet close to Ashland for the plays. Very private, wonderful kitchen with everything you need. Lovely host.

Wonderful stay at a beautifully maintained and furnished property. Peace and tranquility on a working farm. All amenities were as listed and contact with the owners of as seamless and pleasant….excellent hosts. We would definitely stay again if in the area, and wish the owners their own good travels.
