Nestled in Tacoma, this lovely house for $195 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Cute well-decorated one level home w/ a big fully fenced yard and deck. Washer & dryer, as well as a functioning kitchen available for use. This is a great place for couples or for business trips. Home is located only a couple minutes from freeway access (I5).20 mins to the Washington State Fair, 15 mins to the Chamber's Bay Golf Course and JBLM. 25 mins to the SeaTac International Airport. Home is most comfortable at 4 adults & 2 young children max. Big fenced yard that is great for children to play in or for relaxing on the deck out back. There are only a few steps leading up into the house. Smart lock for easy check in and Xfinity Home Security Alarm for your protection and peace of mind. Close to all major locations in Tacoma! Board games, books, WiFi, and a TV (with Roku and Netflix) are available for recreation use. Heating and AC units at house. Bed Arrangements: Room #1: One King bed (sleeps 2) Room #2: One Queen bed (sleeps 2) Living Room: Sofa bed (sleeps 2) Parking: Driveway in front of house can fit two cars. This property is clean and spacious! It was a great place to rest our heads while in the area for a Leadership Conference. The back deck was a beautifully decorated spot to enjoy the evenings as well.

I loved everything about our stay. The house was perfect. We had no issues. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Walmart and target a couple miles away.

We came out to Washington for the Mount Rainier half marathon. There were no places left in Ashford so this worked out because it wasn’t terribly far. The house was perfect and really cute on the inside. Very clean and the neighborhood felt safe.

Very nice older home close to everything. Very clean, nice kitchen with laundry machines. I’ve stayed here before. The host is vey welcoming and available for questions. Will stay here every time we come to Tacoma

Lovely home with just enough space for my family of 5. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was stocked with essentials. I really appreciated the dishwasher and washer/dryer. It allows us to have a worry free vacation and pack minimally. There is only one bathroom which is listed so that is a consideration if you would like more options for more people. The location was easy on and off the freeway and Target and Walmart were only a few minutes away. Check in and out was seamless as it is a coded key lock. While we were hardly in the house, it was the perfect place to settle down and relax after our adventures around Washington.

The house is a cute craftsman. Nicely decorated and renovated. However there was a stale musty odor or old smoke odor I can’t tell which. We just couldn’t get rid of it until we aired the place out a few times. I loved that it has an auto locking feature on the front door and also an alarm. We would definitely stay again. The king bed was very comfy and plenty of parking available

Our stay at this home was for four nights while we visited our daughter and celebrated our granddaughter's first birthday! We found the property clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied as I did a little stove-top cooking for breakfast each day. I found everything we needed and a very comfortable space. I've read that the neighborhood was sketchy, but we don't agree. If you look around, homes nearby had well cared for yards and the cars parked were clean and nice--usually a telling sign. We would walk the neighborhood comfortably. We would definitely return.

We loved how clean and cozy this house was. The propane grill on the deck was a great cooking option. The beds were the most comfortable I have experienced in a rental, and each bed had many large pillows for sleeping. The neighborhood was close to amenities and easy to access. The next door neighbor was friendly and said hello when he saw us. I also felt very safe with the alarm system. I hope to stay here again on my next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It's cute and the inside is welcoming. If you like to walk or exercise, it wasn't comfortable to be walking out and about the neighborhood but nothing happened to us. Neighbors are nice. Overall, we had a great time.

We were visiting our grand daughter for her first birthday who lives in Tacoma area. This place was perfect and affordable for the purpose of our stay. We were able to have the baby over and space to visit and play! We would have spent more money on 2 hotel rooms and we were able to save and cook at the house instead of eating out all weekend! Will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed staying in this cute cozy home. Nice kitchen, fireplace, washer, dryer and entertainment selection. Our stay was perfect, the home had nice layout, good size home for my family of five. The freeway, shopping centers are very close. Enjoyed our stay home was perfect.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was centrally located in the sea-tac area. There were many nice amenities, but a few things were missing. The kitchen was not well stocked or organized. Things were basically thrown into drawers. There were 4 forks, a few spoons, and a knife. Lots of stemware, no drinking glasses. Limited counter space. Otherwise, easy to utilize. The king bed was terrible. While I enjoy having toiletries available for use, I find the economy sized containers disconcerting. Small sample sizes are more appropriate.

Nettes gemütliches Zuhause in einer ebenfalls netten Nachbarschaft,- Jimmy von "nebenan" haben wir jedenfalls sehr lieb gewonnen - ein sehr authentischer ehrlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Zum Haus,- was soll ich sagen....? Alles was man zum guten Leben braucht ist vorhanden. Ob in der Küche ein gutes Mahl zuzubereiten ist,- ob man sich Abends vor dem u.a. Fernseher gemütlich machen möchte,- ob man geruhsam und ! gut in den Betten zum Schlaf kommen möchte,- ferner auf der Veranda ein Tässchen Kaffee trinken möchte,- oder sein Auto in einer riesen Garage parken möchte :)) . Wir haben das Haus sehr genossen und kommen wieder.
