Beautiful stay in ideal location close to Southbank

Amazing views, very clean and suited our purpose.

Lifts were out of order, vagrants lying on footpath outside

Excellent modern apartments with fab outdoor pool overlooking Bris city

Clean, modern spacious apartments with fab views over Bris. Had everything we needed. Would def stay again. And big bonus- excellent outdoor pool.

Wouldn't stay again unless cleaning staff changed

The hotel is in a great location and the apartment was a good size. The pool and BBQ area was lovely

The apartment was really dirty. We walked in to food all over the bench and floor in the kitchen. The toilet in the ensuite was covered in the previous tenants urine which made the main bedroom smell horrible. The elevators were constantly out of order and so were the garbage shoots. There was no broom or mop for us to clean so I needed to buy my own cleaning equipment as we were staying a week.

Major attraction delight

View was good, very central, convenient to major attractions and good internal security

Disadvantaged centre down road, so felt a little threatened at times on outside street when leaving and returning to unit. All okay once inside security doors . Shower wasn't very clean needed grouting

LOCATION & VIEW- however it was very unclean.. Dirty syringe underneath the bed, also loads of random rubbish. No TV in bedroom? & Lounge in lounge room not comfortable enough for 2 people...

street noise all day and night very audible and disruptive despite being on floor 25. cleaning not up to par on arrival. location inconvenient for southbank unless you are going to goma only

Loved the location, it was exactly what the pictures showed!

The lounge room was very basic. Lounge was hard and very uncomfortable. The bed was 2 large mattresses pushed together with a hard ridge up the middle where they joined. Not very comfortable for a couple sharing the bed. I would expect better for the cost.

I was pleasantly suprised at how much I enjoyed the brisbane river and south bank walk.

Close to Brisbane's lovely "South Bank walk" arts and restaurant area. Clean comfortable room. Good view of the mountains.

Difficult to check in. How do you reach the reception desk if you don't have a security pass? You need to get one from reception...It's a catch 22. Also, there is nowhere to park while waiting to check in. Once checked in the parking and entry is great.

I liked the view and the staff was friendly, they didnt hold our room that we booked but, when we got there they apolojised for that and gave us another room that was good, the shower door handle was broken but, everything else was good.

They didnt hold our room but, we did book it. The spa was broken so we couldnt use it and they didnt tell us we had to find out. The car park smelt like mold.

Spacious room with beautiful views

The view and room was amazing, we loved it. The bed was comfortable and prior to check in we were given the option to upgrade our room (to get a view) and we were given an extra bedroom, making the apartment even bigger then we expected! The only downfall was the people who hang around the area, which we understand cannot be helped in the suburbs of Brisbane. Otherwise we loved it and we will be back again :)

The mat in the living room looked really dirty. There was bits of food under the dining table & under the sink in the ensuite - showing that the unit had not been cleaned properly. The worst offending thing was a used sanitary pad in the open bin in the other bathroom. Very dispaointing as otherwise the appartment was well thought out.

quite dirty (grape left from previous people on the floor, larvae coming from shower drain, you could tell the walls were filthy by looking at them, glass had finger prints and dirty handprints all over it) was expecting some sort of view but instead other people could see straight in from there balcony we had to have blinds closed constantly

our apartment did require a little further cleaning as there was rubbish under the beds and on the floor in bedrooms/living room I reported this to the person at the front desk on checkout and they didn’t seem to be willing to offer much of a solution at the time like some discounted parking or something
