Good spacious apartment, great location with tram stop just outside the door with just 15 minute ride to Old Town. There is a mini- mart and Chinese hot pot restaurant in the building.
If you have a dog there is a good park across the street.
Parking is great inside a garage. Staff Vadim excellent and answers all queries. We liked it so much we extended our stay several times.
It gets quite hot if the weather outside is warm. There is no AC but they do have portable fans in the apartment which helps.

Świetna lokalizacja z dogodnym dojazdem komunikacją miejską do starej części Pragi. Duży, wygodny apartament, dużo miejsca do przechowywania. Wszystkie potrzebne akcesoria. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. Czysto, duża wygodna łazienka i prysznic. Możliwość skorzystania z pralki. Bezproblemowe odebranie kluczy i wymeldowanie. Polecam!
W letnie miesiące to momże być problem - brak klimatyzacji - dostępny jest jeden wentylator plus drugi malutki. Przy temperaturze 35 stopni i pełnym słońcu w mieszkaniu jest jak w piekarniku. Trzeba całkowicie zamknąć okna i zasłonić zasłony. Wieczorem wiatraki chodziły cały czas. Trudno odpocząć w takim gorącym mieszkaniu.
Brak Telewizji - jest odbiornik TV ale można się tylko zalogować do serwisu Netflix i YouTube na własne konto.
Przed oknami rozpoczyna się budowa więc przez jakiś czas będzie głośno - tym bardziej klimatyzacja jest niezbędna.

Staying here with two small children was pretty easy. Everything was clean and there was no breakable decor within baby's reach. They were very flexible and accommodating when our arrival time changed due to traffic, and the host that met us was incredibly professional and kind! And, there is a train stop right by the hotel, so we could go whenever we wanted without walking too far.
It was very hot and there was no AC, and the fans worked all right but one was broken. There wasn't a high chair but we made do.

Prevzeti klicu bylo bez problemu, parkovani v podzemni garazi. Obchod s potravinami v tesne blizkosti. Kousek od tramvaje.
Byt nema zastineni na vsechna okna, coz nam hodne vadilo, protoze deti byly vzhuru se svitanim. Bylo videt, ze na 2 oknech kdysi zastineni byvalo, ale jiz neni. A tam, kde je, saha jen do poloviny oken, takze svou funci vubec neplni ... Nebylo by od veci trosku investovat do vybaveni. V lete tam musi byt vedro, protoze byt nema klimatizaci. Vana v koupelne neni moc prakticka. Take nam chybely zasuvky a vypinace svetel u posteli.
Nesmyslne vyreseny vjezd a vyjezd z garazi. Predani klicu pres uzamykaci box venku by podle nas bylo praktictejsi.
Za ty penize jsme cekali vic.
