Locatia, apropierea de centru prin liniile de tramvai si metroul aflate chiar in fata imobilului, parcarea in garaj, restaurantul de peste drum 😉
Camera mare, spatioasa.
Totul a fost foarte bine. Nimic de reproșat.
Ca o sugestie, daca s-ar putea monta aparat AC ar fi tare de folos pentru zilele caniculare (ca si acum).

Good explanations to get to the flat with self check-in.
There is a washing machine, 2 towels (1 small & 1 big), Kitchen with cuttlery, kettle, microwave, fridge.
Nice picture of New-York on the wall.
150m from the tram stop/metro station Palmovka (best are exit E2 or E1).
Joint of floating wood was destroyed when i entered, fortunately they came to fix it the next day.
2 supermarkets nearby, less than 5min walk.
There is a washing-machine but nowhere to hang your wet clother. You can only wash 2/3 pieces to hang it in the bathroom.

Pillows of really low quality: i had to create a new one out of a blanket to get minimal proper support.
The big picture is not properly fixed to the wall, it suspend above the bed, thus you can't "sit" in the bed.
Mattress of average quality/support and dirty.
The flat is apparently clean but if you check thoroughly, you might have surprised: stains on the mattress, dust behind/below the sofa & the bed, on the extractor, microwave full of dirst (I never used it), dust on skirting board, kettle out of age, light switch dirty with spots, joints in shower yellowed...
No piece of fabric in the kitchen; only paper towel.
The flat 42 is directly on the street, not greatly soundproofed with the traffic (tram, etc). Take your ear plugs.
No shutter, only curtayns: it's either fully open to neighbors in front, or completely dark.
Bad quality of Wifi.
I saw better places like that in the area for the same price.
