Underwhelming poor for the money and location. We stayed in a hotel a 10 minute walk away for 2 nights before this and i

Location was good. Nice, easy check in. Lovely old building.

Room was warm and the tiny fan inadequate for the size of the room. General up keep of the property was very poor. For such a nice building the decor was poor, condition of curtains and nets poor, hole in the wall in the shower, bedside drawer is broken (draw came out but struggled to get back in) Damage to the old wooden window because an easy fix hasn’t been completed and you need the window open due to the warmth in the room. Ironing board just left out in the room, no where to put it. Temp repairs to the ceiling which looked awful! Furniture VERY cheap looking and not in keeping with the old building feel. Laundry left all over the place in the reception area and under tables in the grand stairways.
